Joom — международный мобильный маркетплейс, самый быстрорастущий e-сommerce сервис Европы.
Компании интересно строить экосистему сервисов и создавать новые продукты, поэтому они запускают дочерний стартап JoomPro – платформу, автоматизирующую всю цепочку оптовых кросс-бордерных закупок.
Цель – дать возможность людям из любой точки земного шара быстро, просто и безопасно заказывать товары на фабриках Китая (а в будущем и Вьетнама, России, Бангладеша, Турции и т.д), взяв на себя обработку заказов, юридическую часть, таможенное оформление и сертификацию, доставку.
У кандидатов, которые выйдут в JoomPro сейчас, есть возможность стать частью core-team проекта и определять будущее развитие компании.
Сейчас команда ищет Менеджера по ВЭД и закупкам, который будет обеспечивать быстрый поиск товара в Китае по запросам клиентов и успешное проведение сделок с поставщиками.

Задачи:
- Поиск товара на рынке Китая и ведение переговоров о закупке с поставщиками (в переписке и по телефону), выстраивание и поддержание отношений с ними;
- Формирование ВЭД-документации по сделкам, подготовка договоров, инвойсов, платежных поручений и прочих документов на английском и китайском языках;
- Участие в выстраивании и оптимизации бизнес-процессов, связанных с проведением сделок;
- Выстраивание долгосрочных отношений с китайскими партнерами и субподрядчиками;
- Взаимодействие со смежными командами продаж, логистики, таможни, развития продукта и т.д.

Требования:
- Свободное владение китайским языком (устным и письменным), знание основной юридической и финансовой терминологии ВЭД;
- Продвинутое владение английским языком;
- Опыт работы от года в аналогичной должности в сфере ВЭД/закупок из Китая;
- Знания специфики поиска поставщиков и закупочного процесса (в т.ч. согласования условий поставки, подготовки документации, проведения контроля качества, проведения платежей и пр);
- Развитые коммуникативные навыки, опыт ведения переговоров и нахождения компромиссов, умение работать с претензиями и возражениями;
- Аналитический склад ума;
- Внимательность и умение работать с документами.
