Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term business strategy;
- Drive the execution of the strategy by managing the portfolio of strategic initiatives;

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred;
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and leadership within M&M sector;
- Solid understanding of non-ferrous metals trading tools;
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
