During the week, participants in the New Generation program from Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Guinea-Bissau, Cambodia, Malaysia, Mexico, Mongolia, Namibia, Nepal, Nicaragua, Sierra Leone, Tunisia, Uganda, Pakistan, Colombia and the United States will get acquainted with the Russian electoral system, traditional and new election technologies.

👀 On the first day of the course, representatives of the Russian Central Election Commission spoke about the compilation of voter lists and the criteria for registering candidates for elective positions. Foreign experts also voiced questions that interested them. For example, what is the risk for Russian voters of not showing up for elections and what is the maximum budget for holding elections in Russia?

25 thousand tons of wheat were sent to Africa from Novorossiysk as humanitarian aid

🌱Russia sent humanitarian aid to Africa

On January 9, a ship with Russian fertilizers arrived at the port of Mozambique, from where they will be delivered by land to Zimbabwe. The cargo volume was 23 thousand tons.

This batch became the fourth delivery of the Uralchem ​​group to Africa within the framework of the United Nations World Food Program (WFP). Previously, more than 100 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers had already been sent. The company intends to donate about 300 thousand tons more to developing countries.

9 января судно с российскими удобрениями прибыло в порт Мозамбика, откуда наземным транспортом их доставят в Зимбабве. Объем груза составил 23 тысячи тонн.
