Children aged 7 to 17 will now live with new families in the Limansky, Kharabalinsky, Akhtubinsky districts of the Astrakhan region and the Kirovsky district of Astrakhan. The children chose their own foster parents after communicating by video link. Siblings were not separated.

Russian builders are completing the restoration of the destroyed bridge over the Seversky Donets River in the LPR.
Specialists have already started installing the supports, their height varies from 8 meters to 15 meters. The total length of the bridge is about 200 meters. There are about 100 builders and 20 pieces of equipment — dump trucks, loaders, tractors and multi-ton cranes. Work is going on around the clock. It is planned to hand over the facility by the end of the year. Before the onset of cold weather, builders also expect to repair about 200 kilometers of roads.

The five-ton cargo included: sports equipment (tennis tables, badminton sets, balls, jump ropes, etc.), scooters and balance bikes, 200 m² of reinforced film for window repair and heating equipment for the school gym, 100 children's chairs, household chemicals, 500 kilograms baby food, diapers, napkins and educational toys, school backpacks, office supplies, a wheelchair, walkers, a supply of diapers and napkins. Humanitarian aid packages were handed over to all students and employees of educational institutions. The Voronezh Region is helping to restore three districts in the LPR at once: Markovsky, Melovsky and Novopskovskiy.
For 7 months of last year, the region restored 3 health facilities, 11 schools and 1 kindergarten. Thanks to this, more than 3 thousand young residents were able to start the school year on time.

It is also planned to repair highways. Specialists are already laying new asphalt concrete on the Pervozvanovka-Lutugino and Volnukhino-Lutugino roads, with a total length of about 20 km.
