We are looking for a Head of Region (Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia) for a Digital Marketing Agency

Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the company's product in the regional markets;
- Lead a team of 40 people (analysts, designers, account managers);
- Grow portfolio of current products (monetization, funnel analysis, new channels, coordinate involved functions (risk, product, marketing, support, analytics, etc.);
- Identify and develop new areas of growth.

Requirements:
- Strong team leadership experience in Product/ Marketing field; еxperience as a Business Development Manager;
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of key business processes.
