Business / Data analyst for the CX department of a large e-com company in Azerbaijan
Responsibilities:
- Construction and development of a comprehensive reporting and analytics system, primarily related to CX metrics.
- Preparation of the necessary technical specifications for IT (DWH, BI, etc.) based on business requirements from key managers of the CX department.
- Independent implementation of reports of low and medium complexity. Ad-hoс support for business users.
- Research and analysis of e2e CJ together with specialized business analysts to identify stages/elements of processes that affect customer experience, digitizing the results obtained, providing conclusions and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- University degree in information technology, mathematics, data analytics, or related fields.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of BI systems, databases, knowledge of SQL, Python and similar tools.
- Experience in setting tasks (project management) for the preparation of complex reports, including end-to-end analytics.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in customer experience analysis, preferably in e-commerce.
- Experience working with CJM in e-commerce will be a big plus.
