[UZ] 📢 Navbatdagi ilmiy maqola e’lon qilindi!🎉
Talabalarimdan biri Davronjon Izzatulla Õğli tomonidan antisaraton preparat — metotreksat (MTX) molekulasining plazma yordamida parchalanish jarayonlarini kompyuter simulyatsiyasi asosida tadqiq qilishga bag‘ishlangan ilmiy maqola chop etildi. ⚗️
🌊 Tadqiqotda reaktiv molekulyar dinamika usuli qo‘llanilib, reaktiv kislorod turlari (ROS) MTX molekulasiga qanday ta’sir etishi — gidroksillanish, halqa ochilishi va CO₂ ajralib chiqishi orqali toksiklikning kamayishi — aniqlab berildi.
Bu ish farmatsevtik chiqindilarni plazma asosida ekologik xavfsiz tozalash texnologiyalarini ishlab chiqishda muhim qadam bo‘ldi.
O'zlarini qimmatli g'oyalari bilan tadqiqotimizda ishtirok etgan Prof Dingxin Liu, Vikas Rathore, Yuantao Zhang va Nosir Matyakubovga minnatdorchilik bildiramiz.

Proud to share the latest achievement from our research group! 🎉
Our student Davronjon Abduvokhidov has published a paper on the computational investigation of plasma-induced degradation of the anticancer drug Methotrexate (MTX) — a major step toward understanding how non-thermal plasma (NTP) can be used for the environmentally friendly removal of pharmaceutical contaminants from water. 🌊
💡 The study combines reactive molecular dynamics simulations with experimental insights to reveal how reactive oxygen species (ROS) attack MTX molecules, leading to hydroxylation, ring opening, and fragmentation processes that reduce toxicity.
This integrated computational–experimental approach helps develop plasma-based advanced oxidation technologies for sustainable wastewater treatment.
We would like to thank Prof. Dingxin Liu, Vikas Rathore, Yuantao Zhang, and Nosir Matyakubov for their valuable ideas and contributions to our research.

Bu tadqiqot Xitoyning Xi’an Jiaotong universiteti 🇨🇳 olimlari Prof. Guo Li va Prof Dingxin Liu jamoasi bilan samarali hamkorligimiz natijasidir.
Plazma bilan faollashtirilgan tuman (Plasma Activated Mist - PAM) texnologiyasining ekologik toza, samarali va xavfsiz yo‘l bilan zararkunandalarga qarshi kurashish imkonio‘rganildi. 🌱
🔍 Asosiy natijalar:
PAM Myzus persicae (shaftoli shirasi) va Helicoverpa armigera (paxta qurti) lichinkalari hamda tuxumlarini samarali yo‘qotdi.
⚡️ Zararkunandalarda oksidlovchi stress ko‘rsatkichlarini oshirib, barglarda faqat oz miqdorda nitrat qoldiqlari qoldirdi.
🌿 PAM bilan ishlov berish o‘simlik o‘sishi va tashqi ko‘rinishiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatmadi.

🧪 Title of the paper:
Application of Plasma-Activated Mist for the Control of Plant Insect Pests
This study is the result of our fruitful collaboration with scientists from Xi’an Jiaotong University 🇨🇳, including Prof. Guo Li and Prof. Dingxin Liu and their research team.
The research explored the potential of Plasma-Activated Mist (PAM) technology as an eco-friendly, effective, and safe approach for pest control in agriculture. 🌱
🔍 Key findings:
PAM successfully inactivated Myzus persicae adults and Helicoverpa armigera larvae and eggs.
⚡️ It triggered oxidative stress responses in pests, yet left only minimal nitrate residues on leaves.
🌿 Even after 50 days of treatment, Malabar spinach showed no negative effects on growth or appearance.
This research once again confirms that plasma agriculture is a clean, sustainable, and promising technology for the future of farming. 🌾
