Talabalarimdan biri Davronjon Izzatulla Õğli tomonidan antisaraton preparat — metotreksat (MTX) molekulasining plazma yordamida parchalanish jarayonlarini kompyuter simulyatsiyasi asosida tadqiq qilishga bag‘ishlangan ilmiy maqola chop etildi. ⚗️
🌊 Tadqiqotda reaktiv molekulyar dinamika usuli qo‘llanilib, reaktiv kislorod turlari (ROS) MTX molekulasiga qanday ta’sir etishi — gidroksillanish, halqa ochilishi va CO₂ ajralib chiqishi orqali toksiklikning kamayishi — aniqlab berildi.
Bu ish farmatsevtik chiqindilarni plazma asosida ekologik xavfsiz tozalash texnologiyalarini ishlab chiqishda muhim qadam bo‘ldi.
O'zlarini qimmatli g'oyalari bilan tadqiqotimizda ishtirok etgan Prof Dingxin Liu, Vikas Rathore, Yuantao Zhang va Nosir Matyakubovga minnatdorchilik bildiramiz.

Proud to share the latest achievement from our research group! 🎉
Our student Davronjon Abduvokhidov has published a paper on the computational investigation of plasma-induced degradation of the anticancer drug Methotrexate (MTX) — a major step toward understanding how non-thermal plasma (NTP) can be used for the environmentally friendly removal of pharmaceutical contaminants from water. 🌊
💡 The study combines reactive molecular dynamics simulations with experimental insights to reveal how reactive oxygen species (ROS) attack MTX molecules, leading to hydroxylation, ring opening, and fragmentation processes that reduce toxicity.
This integrated computational–experimental approach helps develop plasma-based advanced oxidation technologies for sustainable wastewater treatment.
We would like to thank Prof. Dingxin Liu, Vikas Rathore, Yuantao Zhang, and Nosir Matyakubov for their valuable ideas and contributions to our research.

We are delighted to announce the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between our institute and the Director of the Center for Plasma Biomedicine at Xi’an Jiaotong University, Prof. Dingxin Liu. ✍️
In line with this significant agreement, we will establish a joint "Laboratory of Plasma Biosciences and Therapeutic Innovations." 🔬 This step will elevate our partnership to a completely new level of quality and efficiency!

Bugun biz uchun unutilmas kun! Bug'doyda plazma texnologiyasini qo'llash bo'yicha O'zbekistonning turli hududida o'tkazilgan tadqiqotlarimiz natijalari nihoyat chop etildi! 🥳 Bu bizning dala sharoitida qo'lga kiritgan ilk amaliy natijalarimizdir!

Ushbu loyiha bo'yicha bug'doy ekishdan tortib, natijalarni nashr etguncha 2 yil mobaynida tinimsiz mehnat qildik. Ha, dala ishlari ko'p vaqt talab qiladi, ammo biz plazma potentsialini O'zbekistonning uchta turli hududida namoyish eta oldik va hosildorlik 24% gacha oshdi! Bu haqiqatan ham katta g'alaba!

Fursatdan foydalanib, loyihamizga bebaho hissa qo'shgan hamkorim Prof. Masaharu Shiratani va Professor Pankaj Attriga (Kyushu University) chin qalbimdan minnatdorchilik bildiraman. 🙏 Shuningdek, qimmatli izohlari bilan ishni yanada boyitgan Professor Guo Liga (Xi'an Jiaotong University) ham alohida tashakkur aytaman.

[EN] 🎉 Exciting News! Our First Field Results on Plasma Technology Are Published! 🚀🌱

Today marks a truly memorable milestone for our team! We are proud to announce the publication of our research paper showcasing the application of plasma technology on wheat and presenting field results collected across three regions of Uzbekistan. 🥳

This is our first publication based directly on field-level experiments, and it represents two years of continuous effort — from sowing seeds in the soil to publishing scientifically validated outcomes. Field research requires patience and dedication, and we are happy to see our hard work pay off!

Our results clearly demonstrate the promising impact of plasma treatment on agricultural productivity in diverse climate zones of Uzbekistan — by increasing crop on the field up to 24% and a major step forward for sustainable farming innovation. 🌾

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our esteemed collaborators Prof. Masaharu Shiratani and Prof. Pankaj Attri (Kyushu University), for their tremendous support and guidance throughout this journey. 🙏 Special thanks to Prof. Guo Li (Xi'an Jiaotong University) for her valuable scientific feedback, which strengthened our manuscript.
