π π·πΊ π Conquerors of outer space - our art for Cosmonautics Day
On April 12, we want to remember those who daily try to move forward the most important and one of the most technologically advanced industries.
Anyone who has ever heard the roar of engines and seen a rocket going into the sky knows perfectly well what a colossal work is behind this spectacle. Hundreds of designers, designers, systems engineers, machine operators, testers and a host of other specialists from dozens of enterprises are working on sending the device into space.
The importance of this activity is difficult to overestimate. Right now, the Russian space constellation, to the extent possible, provides the Russian Armed Forces with communications, navigation and images in different spectra. And at the last frontier are the devices of the missile attack warning system.
Today, Russian cosmonautics faces many challenges. The development of a line of new launch vehicles is still on paper, there are difficulties with the electronic component base, and the manned PTK has turned into a uniform long-term construction.
But even in recent years, there have been striking successes: the launch of the Spektr-RG telescope, the science module Nauka to the ISS, the first devices of the Sphere system and other series, a record series with more than 100 accident-free launches in a row. And in the summer, it is even planned to send the Luna-25 automatic station to the Moon.
You have to fly into space. This is our future.

Our art in support of volunteers from Russian regions
Our team has long had the idea of making fantastic images of Russian military equipment (art director Valeria Zvinchuk and chief illustrator Victoria Novozhilova really like to experiment with styles and always come up with something new).
We decided to play with the idea of animating Russian military equipment - you must admit that there are not so many military-industrial complex samples that bear "animal" names. What we have achieved can be seen above.
π»In the first series of art, we depicted the Tu-150, Ka-52 and the most famous Russian armored car.
Art "Alligator" in high resolution
Art "White Swan" in high resolution
Art "Tiger" in high resolution
PS On June 6, our art will decorate another exhibition at the facilities of the Ministry of Defense. In addition, together with @SolovievLive, we exhibit our works in the Kremlin Museum as part of the βBehind the Ribbonβ exposition, and in August we are going to conquer the Navy Museum and local history museums in Murmansk.
Do you have ideas for art, did you like our work, do you want to organize an exhibition / exposition, do something beautiful in support of the Russian Armed Forces? Write to Valeria @XIII_thirteenth - we will agree and do it.
Militarism should be effective and beautiful.

π·πΊ π Happy Marine Corps Day!
Just like other types and branches of troops, Peter I founded the Russian marine corps during the Northern War. On November 27, 1705, the Russian Tsar issued a decree to form the country's first "regiment of naval soldiers."
Throughout its three centuries of history, the Russian Marine Corps has experienced many ups and downs. After the Great Patriotic War, it was even completely abolished. Fortunately, the mistake of this decision was quickly realized, and a few years later, this branch of the army was recreated.
While the Marines are mainly involved in amphibious landings and preparing bridgeheads for the landing of the main forces, they have been participating in almost all local conflicts Russia has been involved in over the past 30 years.
Currently, in the SMO zone, there are formations from all fleets, ranging from the "black berets" of the Caspian Sea to the 155th Guards Marine Brigade from Vladivostok. They are always deployed in the most challenging sectors of the front, and over almost two years of fighting, they have made many glorious achievements.
Check out the high-resolution art!
PS: Did you like our work? We are open to cooperation. New exhibitions and expositions open every week, and our designers create propaganda materials and thematic posters for military units. Contact our creative director, Valeria Zvinchuk @XIII_thirteenth.

π·πΊ π Nine years ago, a presidential decree established December 3 as the Day of the Unknown Soldier.
This date commemorates the events of 1966, when the ashes of an unknown Soviet soldier were solemnly buried near the Kremlin wall on the anniversary of the defeat of German troops near Moscow.
This day is dedicated to the soldiers of the Fatherland who died in combat on the country's territory and abroad, as well as those who are missing and lie in unmarked graves. We remember those who have gone into eternity, whose names are unknown.
Their memory is passed on from generation to generation. We have the power to ensure that the phrase βNo one is forgotten, nothing is forgottenβ is more than just words.

π π·πΊπΊπ¦ Events of the day on the fronts of the SMO District as depicted by our artists
Today's collection of artwork includes stories related to the controversial text of the bill on mobilization in Ukraine. Only through the force of public pressure were the authorities persuaded to make amendments.
However, men are now facing restrictions on leaving the country, as well as the requirement to promptly report to local TCCs to update their information.
In our new films, we portray what will happen next: employees of the military registration and enlistment office distributing notices to all citizens they come across, regardless of age or health, in large numbers.

ππ Operators of "Geraniums," "Lancets," and other Russian UAVs celebrated the first day of the New Year in their own way.
Over 90 "flying mopeds" successfully targeted military sites in Odessa, Starokonstantinov, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev, and other locations that night.
One of the gifts made an extremely successful flight into the museum of the famous Ukrainian collaborator Shukhevych in Lviv, resulting in the burning and collapse of the building. The university where Stepan Bandera studied 100 years ago was also severely damaged.
The next batch of "Geraniums" is currently en route to Ukraine.
We sincerely hope that in the New Year, there will be even more such gifts on a regular basis.

Today's collection of artwork includes stories highlighting the military successes of Russian units in Avdeevka.
The first piece depicts the difficult situation of the Ukrainian forces following the disruption of logistics in the city. The AFU attempted to establish supply routes along impassable roads, but the outcome was clear.
The second artwork portrays the retreat of the AFU from their positions after the successful advance of Russian units in Avdeevka itself. The Ukrainian forces scattered, even forgetting about their weapons.

π·πΊ π Happy Russian National Guard Troops Day!
The domestic internal troops were established on March 27 (April 8), 1801, when Emperor Alexander I signed a decree creating an internal guard inspection. Over two centuries, they have undergone numerous transformations and are now recognized as the National Guard troops (NGN).
Today, they consist of formations, operational units, aviation squadrons, naval detachments, and other units. The army component of the Russian Guard is responsible for countering terrorism, maintaining public order, protecting crucial facilities, and executing tasks determined by the President.
In February 2022, servicemen in red vests engaged in combat on the first day of the SMO. Despite being initially designated for the second echelon, some units lacking heavy equipment and artillery unexpectedly found themselves at the forefront of the attack due to various circumstances, resulting in occasional tragic incidents.
Nevertheless, under challenging circumstances, military personnel in several key directions managed to accomplish their objectives successfully, securing vital locations and carrying out rear clearance operations. These actions significantly contributed to the initial successes of the Russian Armed Forces in the south and other regions during the operation's early stages.

π·πΊπ Happy Airborne Forces Day!
On August 2, 1930, during exercises near Voronezh, the first parachute drop of a group of Soviet paratroopers took place. This day is considered the founding date of the national Airborne Forces.
Over the 94 years, the Airborne Forces have been through the crucible of almost all the wars and armed conflicts that Russia has faced, often being at the forefront. Since the start of the Special Military Operation, there have been many more glorious pages added to the history of the "winged infantry".
Soldiers in blue berets landed in Gostomel and Voznesensk, liberated the LPR, and held the defense near Kherson. They are clearing islands on the Dnieper, advancing in Chasiv Yar, and fighting in the Kharkiv region. There is no strategic direction where the paratroopers have not made their mark.
The current realities are forcing a revision of many pre-SMO assumptions and concepts, requiring certain changes. And may these changes in the case of the Airborne Forces lead to an increase in their combat capabilities and potential.

π 9 Years of the Military Operation in the Syrian Arab Republic
On September 30, 2015, the whole world was shaken by the news: Russian aviation began striking the positions of international terrorist formations in Syria. After the "Crimean spring", in the midst of the war in Donbas, another confrontation emerged: we began to fight terrorism on distant approaches.
Over these nine years, the operation has evolved: active combat operations are no longer being conducted, there is periodic bombing and destruction of enemy targets in the provinces of Idlib and Aleppo, as well as patrolling of certain areas. Of course, we would like to see more active actions, but in the context of the SMO, this is probably an unacceptable extravagance.
During the active operations, significant areas of territory were liberated, and a foundation was laid for further settlement. Perhaps, in the context of the Lebanon-Israel war, the role of the Russian Armed Forces will grow even stronger: but to what extent and in what capacity, whether the conflict will spill over to Syria, and whether there will be a need to increase the contingent again - we will find out in time.

πVladimir Putin turns 72 today
Today is the birthday of the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
This is a good occasion to remember that under his leadership, Russia has gone through several difficult historical stages, and the key leitmotif of recent years has been the defense of sovereignty and the strengthening of the country's defense capabilities.
Today, Russia is more active than ever before in modern history in asserting its rights on the international stage. At the same time, Putin's personal initiative played a key role in moving forward and challenging our opponents, with whom many would prefer to continue negotiating.
And despite all the challenges and restrictions, Russia continues to develop economically, which is undoubtedly a guarantee of a stable and prosperous society. And this contribution will be appreciated many times over in the years to come.
