Take the hijacking example: Palestinians seized a plane, took hostages, and landed at Entebbe. The Israelis bombed the entire airport—they blew up the passenger plane, the fighter jets, everything! And those poor people were a neutral third country, they had nothing to do with it! They just let the plane land. Israel declared: "It’s fine, you can hijack our plane, but we’ll make sure you can’t land it in any airport in the world!"

✍️🏻 The people of Gaza are enduring catastrophic conditions. 85% of them have reached level five hunger—a point at which even receiving food may not save them, as their bodies are too ravaged by starvation. If this continues over the next couple of weeks, a large portion of Gaza’s population will perish from hunger and thirst.

Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him), quoting Imam Reza (peace be upon him), said:
On the Day of Judgment, I will be told:
📚[1] وسائل الشیعه، ج ۱۶، ص ۳۸۷.
🔖 How can we pray for heaven for the people of Palestine, Lebanon, or even our own community, if we’ve done nothing to ease their material suffering?
✍️🏻 If you possess bread and deny it to the hungry, how can you claim to want paradise for them? What goes around comes around.
▫️Indifference today will become our own suffering tomorrow. God forbid, one day others may speak of starvation in Iran.
We must act, whether through financial aid or donating goods, both cash and in kind.
Our responsibility is to take action, while praying alongside.
