Covid is still with us but we can see that the aviation business is on the way to recovery and time for investment in aviation is perfect right now

Indeed a lot of startups are trying to replace airlines damaged by the pandemic.

Some make primitive mistakes but some are very promising from the start.
So 1st recommendation even to solid investment funds:
do not invest yourself- ask an expert and compare reasons for recommendations.
You should understand all trends like: no more low cost airlines, cargo will be on exponential growth, narrow bodies for long range, fuel stop flights P to P not hub models, etc.

How much can you invest in aviation as a minimum?

As I posted recently: from just 50K $$.

You choose a pair of cities and order a regular charter. Normally you need to deposit the cost of 2 flights.
Might be super profitable with ROI up to 50%.
On the other hand if you develop a start up airline you need to take all possible financing on the way on any terms.
Size of the company is a super important factor for the security of your project.

I do respect Sir Tim Clark but now seems he is not really involved in business

The company is losing billions and we do not see any attempt to decrease such losses even if it is simple.

Just logic- company have huge fleet: A388 -119 ; B77L-21 ; B77W-123

The primary task is to decrease the number of planes by all possible ways.
And as nobody wants and is able to use #A380 they have to focus on #B777- sale of own planes, any type of lease, JV with planes as investment and so on.

For example #Aliscargo new Italian airline, might be interested in more B777 as an investment.
Same story might be studied with Russian #RedWings. They now operate B777 as well.
And many more.

I strongly recommend setting up a special team to search for all possible options to remove Boeing's from the fleet.

Tenders in #Malaysia did not lead to any result as we predicted.

No one is ready to take the risk of buying those planes in the current #pandemic situation.

To find a way to use them now you need super #creativity which is not at place there
