Tegishli huquq paydo boʻlgandan keyin 1 oy ichida koʻchmas mulk davlat roʻyxatidan oʻtkazilishi kerak.

🖥 Roʻyxatdan oʻtkazish toʻgʻrisidagi ariza bilan Davlat xizmatlari markazlariga yoki Yagona interaktiv davlat xizmatlari portali (my.gov.uz) orqali yoxud koʻchmas mulk obyektiga boʻlgan huquqlarni davlat roʻyxatidan oʻtkazuvchi organga murojaat qilinadi.

💰 Koʻchmas mulkka boʻlgan huquqni davlat roʻyxatidan oʻtkazish uchun oʻz vaqtida murojaat etmaslik fuqarolarga BHMning 10 baravari , mansabdor shaxslarga esa 15 baravari miqdorida jarima solishga sabab boʻladi.
