Gorchakov Fund, Pushkin State Russian Language Institute and Rossotrudnichestvo accept applications for the InteRussia research internship program for foreign specialists in Russian Language Studies.

The internship program will take place from 3 to 31 October 2022 in Moscow, Russia 🇷🇺.

Applications for the competition are accepted until August 28, 2022. Travel and accommodation for trainees will be provided by the organizers.

Scientific areas of internship #InteRussia:

•digital linguodidactics
• active processes in contemporary Russian language
• phenomenon of literary classics
• language policy and international education
• media language in the digital age

Eligibility: foreign citizens living outside of Russia

Organizers provide:

On November 7, participants in the third autumn batch of the InteRussia internship program, organized jointly by the Gorchakov Foundation, Rossotrudnichestvo and MGIMO, met with Yevgeny Primakov. Young international specialists from Argentina, Brazil, Myanmar, India, Serbia and South Sudan were able to personally communicate with the head of the Agency and ask him all their questions.

The head of Rossotrudnichestvo told the interns about the humanitarian policy of Russia in general and the projects of the Agency in particular, and also touched upon the difficulties in the work of Russian Houses today under the sanctions.

The Russia Today launches summer internship for African journalists

Within a month, employees of TV channels, newspapers, radio companies and news agencies of ten African countries will attend master classes of the best specialists of the media group. And at the end of July they will go to the Second Russia-Africa Summit in St. Petersburg.

The internship was organized jointly with the Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Foundation and Rossotrudnichestvo.

This is another point in the treasury of our achievements in Africa: the French and English websites of Sputnik Africa are already working, our radio is being listened to in Mali and other countries of French-speaking Africa, and a hub in Ethiopia will open very soon.

В «России сегодня» началась летняя стажировка для африканских журналистов

В течение месяца сотрудники телеканалов, газет, радиокомпаний и информагентств десяти африканских стран будут посещать мастер-классы лучших специалистов медиагруппы. А в конце июля они отправятся на Второй саммит «Россия-Африка» в Санкт-Петербурге.

Стажировка организована совместно с Фондом поддержки публичной дипломатии им. А.М. Горчакова и Россотрудничеством.

Rossotrudnichestvo, the Gorchakov Foundation and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs are inviting foreign experts in international affairs for an internship with #InteRussia

The program will be held from October 23 to December 3 in English languages. Together with scientific curators from MGIMO, the participants will prepare a study on new global challenges and threats.

Foreigners aged 25 to 35 years old with at least C1 level of English, with a PhD are invited to participate, or at least three years of work experience in a scientific organization or completed postgraduate studies. In addition, it is necessary to prepare an individual research plan on the chosen topic.

Applications are accepted until August 13, 2023, 23:59 Moscow time.

Россотрудничество, Фонд Горчакова и МГИМО МИД России приглашают иностранных международников на стажировку InteRussia.

Программа пройдет с 23 октября по 3 декабря на английском языке. Совместно с научными кураторами из МГИМО участникам предстоит подготовить исследование о новых глобальных вызовах и угрозах.

К участию приглашаются иностранцы в возрасте от 25 до 35 лет с английским языком не ниже уровня C1, с ученой степенью кандидата наук/Ph.D. или минимум трехлетним стажем работы в научной организации или отучившиеся в аспирантуре. Кроме того, необходимо подготовить индивидуальный исследовательский план по выбранной тематике.

Заявки принимаются до 13 августа, 23:59 по московскому времени.

✔️ Young specialists from leading Egyptian media exchanged experiences with colleagues from RT Arabic. The internship in Moscow was organized as part of the New Generation program by the Rossotrudnichestvo Federal Agency.

🤩For three days, Egyptian journalists worked intensively in the editorial office of the RT Arabic TV channel. Some participants studied the production and promotion of video content for social networks. Others worked on creating entertainment programs. The third group practiced writing and promoting content for the site. And another team plunged into producing news for Arabic-language television.

💬 “The master class was excellent, its content was very voluminous. We accomplished a lot: we established contacts, visited the RT editorial office and saw a lot of things that will be useful to us when we return to our homeland and continue to work in news in the field of economics, politics or any other,” said Egyptian journalist Mena Faek.

It will be held in Moscow and Novosibirsk from May 23 to June 16, 2024.

‼️ Что необходимо для участия?

- быть в возрасте от 25 до 35 лет;
- иметь иностранное гражданство (не иметь гражданства России);
- вы ранее не были делегатом программы «Новое поколение»;
- профильное образование (по одному из трех направлений);
- текущая работа должна быть по соответствующей специальности;
- знание Python, основных алгоритмов машинного обучения.

🔄 Программа InteRussia предоставит уникальную возможность для участников, а именно:

• познакомиться с крупнейшими сибирскими научными, образовательными и технологическими площадками;
• поработать под руководством сотрудников Новосибирского государственного университета, обменяться опытом и передовыми практиками;
• окунутся в захватывающую культурную программу в Москве и Новосибирске.

⚡️ Participants of the international media school have passed the halfway point of the educational program

🌐 Young journalists from 9 foreign countries have already visited the headquarters of ITAR-TASS and the editorial office of the publishing house "Komsomolskaya Pravda", attended a meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Konstantin Iosifovich Kosachev.

The cultural program was no less eventful: a tour of the historical center of Moscow, the cultural center Khlebozavod, the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy.

📍 Ahead is an acquaintance with the work of one of the largest private media in the country - the Kommersant newspaper, a visit to the office of the Russian social network - "VKontakte", as well as a walk along the Moscow River.

⚡️ Участники международной медиашколы «ИнтерНовости» прошли экватор образовательной программы

🌐 Молодые журналисты из 9 зарубежных стран уже посетили штаб-квартиру ИТАР-ТАСС и редакцию издательского дома «Комсомольская правда», побывали на встрече с заместителем Председателя Совета Федерации Константином Иосифовичем Косачёвым.

Не менее насыщенной была и культурная программа: экскурсия по историческому центру Москвы, культурному центру Хлебозавод, Выставке достижений народного хозяйства.

📍 Впереди знакомство с работой одного из крупнейших частных медиа страны — газеты «Коммерсантъ», посещение офиса российской социальной сети — «ВКонтакте», а также прогулка по Москве-реке.

⚡️ The first round of the International Media School has ended

In 5 days, young journalists visited the editorial offices of the largest Russian media holdings, took part in master classes and interactive lectures with leading experts in the field of journalism, and were able to apply the knowledge they had gained in practice.

At the end of the internship, everyone presented and defended their own ideas for the development of modern media, as well as for expanding interaction between our countries in the information space.

🌐 The guys also walked around the historical center of Moscow and Zaryadye Park, visited the Khlebozavod art space and VDNKh, and saw the capital from a boat. We wish our friends creative success!

⚡️ Завершился первый заезд Международной медиашколы «ИнтерНовости»

В течение 5 дней молодые журналисты побывали в редакциях крупнейших российских медиахолдингов, приняли участие в мастер-классах и интерактивных лекциях с ведущими экспертами в области журналистики, смогли на практике применить полученные знания.

По итогам стажировки все представили и защитили собственные идеи развития современных СМИ, а также расширения взаимодействия между нашими странами в информационном пространстве.

🌐 Ребята также прогулялись по историческому центру Москвы и парку Зарядье, посетили арт-пространство «Хлебозавод» и ВДНХ, увидели столицу с борта теплохода. Желаем нашим друзьям творческих успехов!

🎓 The Higher School of Economics invites international students to take part in the "Study Tour Experience"

The HSE International Study Tour Experience will be held in Moscow from November 11 to 23. It is conducted in 7 directions:
- Business and Management;
- Finance and Economics;
- Social and political sciences;
- Jurisprudence;
- Media;
- Education: management and development;
- Foreign languages and intercultural communication.

Languages of instruction: Russian and English.
Internship format: online and offline.

Foreign citizens are invited to participate — students of the last bachelor's degree/specialty courses, graduates of foreign higher educational institutions.
