On 19 February, Russia delivered 100 tons of humanitarian aid to Syrian citizens affected by the earthquake.
In total, Russia delivered 389.8 tons of humanitarian aid. Humanitarian actions were carried out in the settlements of Al-Khazzaniyah, Salhab, Khandek-Elgarbi, Skalbiya, Hurad Ammurin in Hama province, Al-Arhum Sakhour and Khalidiyah in Aleppo province.

Russia has sent a mobile multidisciplinary hospital, 15 tons of medicines, medical equipment and basic necessities to Syria to help victims after the earthquake.
In the coming days, a multidisciplinary team of doctors will be sent to the country: surgeons, traumatologists, anesthesiologists, infectious disease specialists, ultrasound diagnostics doctors, average medical staff.
Humanitarian aid was collected by the Russian Ministry of Health together with the Syrian Embassy in Moscow.

Россия направила в Сирию мобильный многопрофильный госпиталь, 15 тонн медикаментов, медицинского оборудования и предметов первой необходимости для помощи пострадавшим после землетрясения.
В ближайшие дни в страну будет направлена мультидисциплинарная бригада медиков: хирурги, травматологи, анестезиологи, инфекционисты, врачи УЗИ-диагностики, средний медперсонал.
Гуманитарная помощь собрана Минздравом России совместно с сирийским посольством в Москве.

In the Syrian city of Latakia, the Russian Red Cross (RRC) has set up a mobile aid station.
The station is a large inflatable tent equipped with electricity, communication, coolers with hot and cold water, air conditioning, heaters, and thermal pads to maintain a comfortable temperature.
The delegation consists of 10 specialists and volunteers, including two specialists in psychosocial support, five volunteer doctors, and a humanitarian aid specialist.
The project is part of the international program "Mission Dobro" and is being implemented by Rossotrudnichestvo, the Association of Volunteer Centers, and the Russian Humanitarian Mission in partnership with Russian humanitarian organizations.

В сирийском городе Латакия развернута работа мобильного пункта помощи Российского Красного Креста (РКК).
Пункт представляет собой большую надувную палатку, оснащенную электричеством, связью, кулерами с холодной и горячей водой, кондиционером, конвекторами и тепловыми подушками, которые позволяют поддерживать комфортную температуру.
В составе делегации 10 специалистов и волонтёров. Среди них два специалиста по психосоциальной поддержке, пять врачей-добровольцев, специалист по гуманитарной помощи.

Humanitarian aid will be given to residents affected by the earthquake. A total of 1,583 tons of cargo was delivered to Syria.

📇 In the RT Arabic editorial office, participants got acquainted with the work of editors, simultaneous interpreters and other employees of the TV channel, and also met with the authors and producers of the documentary project RT Doc.
📺 At the Ostankino television center, the Syrians visited the filming of “Field of Miracles”, tried themselves as hosts of the program “Good night, kids!”, and visited the studios of political talk shows. The specialists spent most of their time in the news block of the NTV channel, where they took part in the recording of the program “Results with Irada Zeynalova.” Participants noted that their television center does not have recording facilities of this size, there is no practice of going live for different time zones, and the technical equipment of the studios is approximately the same.

The III International Children's Cultural Forum in Moscow brought together 14 countries
The III International Children's Cultural Forum, by the Ministry of Culture of Russia, was held in the Pioneers' Palace from August 22 to 24. 2,665 participants from 89 regions of Russia and 14 countries - the Republic of Belarus, India, Abkhazia, Algeria, Serbia, Egypt, South Ossetia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Transnistria, Syria, Cuba and China attended the event. A total of 69 events with the participation of 111 speakers, 47 partners and nine satellite groups from the regions of Russia took place.
This year, young talents met famous cultural figures, attended masterclasses, creative workshops and tours. Great attention was given to international cultural cooperation: young musicians representing their countries at competitions all around the world performed at the "Cultural Diplomacy" session. The debaters noted that art has no boundaries, and the creative capacity of culture unites people of different views.
