Russian compatriots living abroad discussed the development of digital media
On September 3, Russian compatriots involved in digital media held an online meeting. It was attended by representatives of Russian diasporas from near and far abroad - Abkhazia, Georgia, Luxembourg, Egypt, India, Mexico and the US.
Compatriots shared their experience in digital journalism, motives and peculiar features of work in their countries of residence. As a result of the meeting, it was decided to consider the feasibility of creating a professional association of publishers of the new media.

🇷🇺 Learn Russian language and culture online for free: the project “MAKSIMUM. Govorim po-russki” has opened the registration for Russian as a foreign language courses
The aim of the project is to teach Russian to foreign citizens living abroad and migrants living in Russia, who are interested in mastering the language. It is suitable for people with different language levels and backgrounds – from beginners to intermediate, - and for those who are going to take a state exam in Russian for tertiary level education. Apart from that, there is an introductory course to the Russian culture for those who have already mastered the language at an upper-intermediate level.
✅️ The project offers six educational programs free of charge, which are running from September to December 2023. The training is organized in the form of online group lessons with a tutor, three lessons a week. Participants are also given an opportunity for individual work on an interactive platform. After successfully completing the course, each participant is awarded a certificate from MAKSIMUM Obrazovaniye.
