Responsibilities:
As a Manager you will be given end-to-end responsibility within a project, and begin to develop specialized knowledge to help you solve the clients’ problems. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with colleagues to transform client potential into performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the Strategy and Operations area (consulting background is preferable);
- Experience and expertise in one of the following industries: Metals&Mining, Oil&Gas, Financial Institutions, Public Sector;
- Experience of actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization in order to understand their needs and help to influence the client agenda is part of your business;
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel frequently are necessary;
- Exceptionally good academic background, ideally from a leading university.
