Head of Data and Analytics for one of the largest Holdings in Azerbaijan

Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement a dynamic data and analytics strategy that is in sync with the business objectives of the retail organization;
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts, data scientists, and other data professionals;
- Provide visionary leadership in deploying advanced analytics, AI, and other data technologies to enhance the retail organization's operations. Continuously assess and improve data analytics practices, tools, and techniques to maintain industry-leading capabilities.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, with significant experience in a leadership role, preferably within the retail sector or a similar dynamic environment;
- Proficiency in a range of analytics tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Dataiku, Tableau, and PowerBI;
- Experience with advanced analytics, AI, and big data technologies;
- Fluency in Russian, English, and Azerbaijani is considered an advantage, enhancing the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse, multinational environment.
