I am very saddened by today’s killing in #Luhansk region of Frédéric Leclerc-Imhoff, #France journalist for @BFMTV. He is another casualty of the horrible ongoing #Russiainvasion in #Ukraine. My deepest condolences and sympathies go to his family, friends and colleagues.

Reports that the editor-in-chief & the staff of newspaper Le Poher in #France received death threats are very alarming. #SafetyOfJournalists is key for media freedom. The authorities should do all they can to ensure that media workers can do their work safely.
