President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev delivered his annual Address to the Oliy Majlis – Parliament of Uzbekistan - at the international Congress Center in Tashkent. In his speech the President briefly summed up the work done during 2019 and identified main priorities for the year of 2020 and further.

Executive Director of the Development Strategy Center Eldor Tulyakov also participated at this important event and right after that shared with his thoughts and impressions on some of the highlights raised by the President in his Address to the Parliament.
