[UZ] 🌟 Ilmiy tadqiqotlarimizdan ajoyib yangilik! 🌟
Alzheimer kasalligi (AD) bo‘yicha yangi tadqiqotimiz, dunyo bo‘ylab millionlab insonlarga ta'sir qiluvchi og‘ir nevrodejenerativ kasallik, Nature nashryotining Scientific Reports jurnalida chop etildi. 🧠✨
Ushbu tadqiqotda biz statik va o’zgaruvchan elektr maydonlari Alzheimer kasalligi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lgan zararli Aβ fibrillarini qanday buzishini o‘rgandik. Molekulyar dinamika simulyatsiyalari yordamida, toksikligi va barqaror tuzilishi bilan mashhur bo‘lgan Osaka mutatsiyasi (E22Δ) ga ega Aβ1–40 peptidining polimorfik fibril kompleksini tadqiq qildik.
Tadqiqot natijalarimiz shuni ko‘rsatadiki, 0.3–0.4 V/nm elektr maydoni va 0.20 GHz chastota bilan bu zararli fibrillarni samarali ravishda buzish mumkin. Bu yondashuv Alzheimer kasalligini davolash bo‘yicha yangi terapevtik usullarni ochib berishi mumkin. 🔬⚡️
Ushbu tadqiqotda ko‘rsatgan qimmatli hissalari uchun Dr. Artyom Baev (Ilg’or texnologiyalar markazi), Dr. Erkin S Kurganov (Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard), va fidoyi magistr talabam Muhriddin Mahkamovga katta rahmat aytaman.

[EN] 🌟 Exciting Research Update! 🌟
Our latest study on Alzheimer’s disease (AD), a devastating neurodegenerative disorder affecting millions worldwide, has been published in Nature’s Scientific Reports. 🧠✨
In this research, we explored how static and oscillating electric fields can disrupt the harmful Aβ fibrils associated with AD. Using molecular dynamics simulations, we specifically examined a polymorphic fibrillar complex of the Aβ1–40 peptide with the Osaka mutation (E22Δ), which is known for its toxicity and stable structure.
Our findings reveal that applying a 0.3–0.4 V/nm electric field at a 0.20 GHz frequency can effectively disrupt these toxic fibrils, potentially offering a novel therapeutic approach to combating AD pathology. This is a promising step forward in understanding and addressing Alzheimer’s disease. 🔬⚡️
A huge thank you to Dr. Artyom Baev, Dr. Erkin Kurganov, and my dedicated student Mukhriddin Makhkamov for their valuable contributions to this work.

🚀 Collaboration and Publication! 🚀
In March, my colleague, Prof. Pankaj Attri (Kyushu University - Japan), reached out to me, mentioning that his friend, Prof. Reddy (Yogi Vemana University - India), needed molecular simulation results for an ongoing experimental project. They were testing anti-cancer drugs in vitro, which effectively inhibited the proliferation of cancer cells.
After discussing the details and explaining how we would conduct the molecular modeling, Prof. Reddy agreed to collaborate with us. I tasked my Master's student, Mukhriddin Makhkamov, with exploring the binding poses of these drugs with the tubulin protein. Our modeling results qualitatively complemented the experimental findings, unveiling the mechanism at the molecular level. 💻🔬
We integrated these insights, and I’m excited to share that our article has been published in the Journal of Molecular Structure (IF-4.0). 🎉
I am a strong advocate for scientific collaboration, and I always encourage my students to engage in both local and international partnerships. Through cooperation, we can achieve so much more in advancing science. 🌍🤝

Bioorganik kimyo instituti bilan hamkorlik.
O'tgan xafta davomida institutimiz ko‘plab muhim uchrashuvlarga mezbonlik qildi. O‘zbekiston Fanlar akademiyasi Bioorganik kimyo instituti "Kompleks birikmalar laboratoriyasi" mudiri Prof. Jamshid Ashurov va Dr. Alisher Eshimbetov institutimizga tashrif buyurib, olib borilayotgan ilmiy izlanishlar bilan yaqindan tanishdilar.
Tashrif davomida plazma qishloq xo‘jaligi va kompyuterda modellashtirish sohasida olib borilayotgan tadqiqotlarimiz natijalari taqdim etildi. Shuningdek, qishloq xo‘jaligida amalga oshirish mumkin bo‘lgan qo‘shma loyihalar yuzasidan fikrlar almashildi. Biorganik kimyo instituti bazasida o‘simliklardan ekstrakt olish, shuningdek, turli antibakterial va fungitsid ligandlar sintez qilish ishlari davom etayotgani ta’kidlandi.
Ushbu sintez qilingan ligandlar ichidan eng samaralilarini tanlashda kompyuter simulyatsiyalarining ahamiyati katta ekani, bu usul tezkor natijalar va moliyaviy ustuvorliklarni ta’minlayotgani qayd etildi. Kelgusida modellashtirish sohasida ham hamkorlik qilish va kadrlar almashinuvini yo‘lga qo‘yish borasida kelishib olindi.
Hamkorligimiz ikki institut uchun ham katta foyda keltirishi kutilmoqda.

Institutimiz rahbariyati Andijon qishloq xo'jaligi va agrotexnologiyalar institutiga tashrif buyurdi.
2024-yil 21-oktyabr kuni institutimiz direktori Jamoliddin Razzokov va direktor o‘rinbosari Eldor Karimbaev, Andijon qishloq xo‘jaligi va agrotexnologiyalar instituti rektori professor Toxirjon Sultanovning taklifiga binoan institutga bir kunlik safar uyushtirdi. Safar davomida institutning dala tajriba maydoni, suvchilar maktabi va GIS qo‘llab-quvvatlovi asosida tashkil qilingan fermaga hamda undagi ishlab chiqarish jarayonlariga yaqindan nazar tashlandi.
Bundan tashqari, institut tajriba maydonida issiqxona va baliqchilik havzasi ham mavjud bo‘lib, dalada tajribalar o‘tkazish uchun keng imkoniyatlar yaratilgan. Tashrifning keyingi qismida tayanch doktorantlar va professor-o‘qituvchilar ishtirokida ilmiy seminar tashkil etildi.
Seminar davomida Dr. Jamoliddin Razzokov "Sun’iy idrok potensialidan ilmiy tadqiqotlar va maqolalar yozishda foydalanish" mavzusida mahorat darsi o‘tkazdi. Ushbu dars davomida qizg‘in savol-javoblar bo‘lib o‘tdi va ishtirokchilar o‘rtasida atroflicha fikr almashildi. Tashrif yakunida qishloq xo‘jaligi sohasi va ilmiy tadqiqotlar bo‘yicha hamkorlik qilishga kelishib olindi.
Institutimiz rahbariyati tashrifni yuqori saviyada tashkil etgani uchun professor Toxirjon Sultanov va institut jamoasiga minnatdorchilik bildiradi.
