Request Influence of earth rotation on gravity

When we spin something, the object is pushed outward, increasingly more as the spinning speed increases.
As earth is rotating, how strong is the force pushing us upward ? In other words, how much more would be gravity if the earth was not spinning at all ?
Assumption : latitude is 45 degrees.

Request How hard would I have to fart to blast myself out the sunroof of my car?

I have a long-running Dad-joke gag: whenever I fart in the car, I act relieved that I had my seatbelt on, because (thank God!) it was the only thing that prevented me from being blasted out through the sunroof.

(For the record: my wife and daughter DO NOT think this is funny.)

Anyways. It got me thinking. I assume the fart force required for this is calculable, but I don't know how to do it.

What volume of gas would be required? Propelling out at what rate/pressure? I assume the body would explode long before these pressure levels were achieved, but let's pretend that's not a factor.

I'm about 150 pounds. Let's say all I need to do is be blown up and clear out of the sunroof, but not, like, into outer space or anything...call it 5 feet of vertical lift.

Extra Credit: what if it was just a little fart and was only strong enough to make me bump my head on the ceiling a bit...call it 6 inches of lift.

Request At any given moment, are there more people on Earth standing or sitting/laying down. What is the ratio?

Always had this thought. Timezones matter a significant amount because of populations sleeping vs awake.
But generally, at any moment, what is the ratio.

Might also be better represented with a Gantt chart in GMT, given the differences in population by timezone.

Request In Project: Hail Mary, how far out from Erid’s surface would experience 1.0G gravity?

I’m working on a little post-canon story concept of Grace on Erid, and Erid, according to the book, has a space elevator all the way to orbit. Which orbit? No clue. However, Grace is dealing with the negative effects of double Earth’s gravity. Forever. Is it not possible for Grace to have some sort of extra room for his glorified human zoo enclosure wayyyy up in orbit somewhere that could take the load off? Not a whole massive biodome, obviously. Just something small he can occasionally travel up to.

How far up from Erid’s surface would that have to be, though? I know if it’s connected to the planet via an elevator, that would act as a giant centrifuge to lower the gravity gradually as you go out. I’ve seen speculation about space elevators on Earth, so I know it would probably be an insane distance. The orbit we place things like the ISS at is WAY different than the distance it would take to reach something like 0.5G from earth, for example.

I’m just a psychology major who’s never had to take a physics class, though, so I have no idea what I’m talking about or where to even begin to calculate that distance… Anyone smarter than me here who can help me out?

Some basic specs of Erid, for reference:

Radius: 12835 km

Mass: 8.47 Me

Density: 5710 kg/m\^3

Surface gravity: 2.09g

Surface atmospheric pressure: 28 atm

Solar day period: 5.1 hours

Orbital period: 42.245 days

(I should mention, since I got a lot of “it would be way easier to just put him on a rotating station” comments in r/AskScienceFiction, that I’m doing this for multiple plot reasons. One of those is the gravity’s effects on Grace’s body, but another is getting Grace past the thick atmosphere to see the stars he and Rocky saved. A rotating station would work for the gravity problem, but for the latter purpose, that view sounds… nauseating, to say the least. So if it’s not reasonable, I understand, but I’d prefer a way for it to be stationary.)
