⚡️ Talented individuals and socially responsible organizations from around the globe are invited to compete in the #WeAreTogether International Prize.

The Prize is a reward for selfless contribution to solving important humanitarian problems and strengthening international humanitarian cooperation.

The official theme of the 2024 Prize is Social partnership for Global development.

Laureates are selected from 6 regions of the world:
• the CIS,
• Europe,
• the Asia-Pacific region,
• the Middle East and North Africa,
• North and South America,
• Sub-Saharan Africa.

Timeline of the Prize:
🗓 until May 20, 2024 – application campaign conculdes
🗓 June 25 – October 20, 2024 – evaluation of applications
🗓 December 5-8, 2024 – award ceremony

The winners of the Prize will:
✔️ have a unique opportunity to tell the world about their activities;
✔️ receive financial and expert support from representatives of Russian and international organisations during the year following the announcement of the results.

🌐 Over the past years more than 1300 projects rendering selfless aid from 100 countries have participated in the International Prize.

🌏 On July 13, as part of the mission of the International Forum for Citizen Participation "#WeAreTogether", in cooperation with the Global Youth Federation, India, a tree planting campaign was held on the territory of the Post Graduate Government College in Chandigarh.

👥 More than 70 people took part in the event, 100 trees were planted.

The initiators were Dr Shakha Sharda, Programme Officer of the College, as well as Rohit Kumar, Director of the Global Youth Federation, India, and Ambassador of India to the "#WeAreTogether" Forum in Russia.

🌳 The main goal of this campaign is to promote the creation of a greener and healthier environment, solve the problem of climate change and educate young people about a sense of responsibility towards nature.

🌱 It is expected that the initiative will be continued and will have a positive impact on the local environment in the future by improving air quality and providing a habitat for local fauna. In addition, the programme serves as a practical educational experience for participants.
🌱 On July 19, with the participation of the Global Youth Federation, India, and the International Forum for Citizen Participation "#WeAreTogether", a tree planting campaign was organized on the premises of the DAV College in Chandigarh.

👥 The event was attended by Prof Uday Bhan Singh, N.S.S. Programme Officer of the College, and Rohit Kumar, Director of the Global Youth Federation, India.

🌳 About 50 people took part in the campaign, with 20 trees being planted.

🌍 On August 9th, the Global Youth Federation India celebrated International Youth Day 2024 in collaboration with Post Graduate Government College in Chandigarh.

🇷🇺🤝🇮🇳 The event was graced by Chief Guest Dr. Rama Arora, who launched the magazine “Russia Digest (Friendship)”. She praised the Russian government for their ongoing efforts to foster strong relations with India and for providing valuable opportunities to the youth.

🟣The event, successfully organized under the supervision of Mr. Rohit Kumar, Director of Global Youth Federation India and еnvoy of the #WeAreTogether International Prize Russia for India, saw the enthusiastic participation of over 100 youth people!

🔸 On August 8, diplomats of the Embassy held a meeting with participants of the 10th All-Russian Youth Educational Forum “Territory of Meanings”. Representatives of Indian youth will perform at the thematic track “Territory of Multipolar World”, which will be held in Solnechnogorsk near Moscow from August 19 to 23.

💬 During the meeting, questions about staying in Russia for the forum, further plans of the Indians and the possibility of attracting new young leaders for Russian international forums were discussed.
