Responsibilities:
- Development of standardized approach to innovations and their implementation;
- Development and sign-off of corporate policies and standards dedicated to innovations and their implementation;
- Identification and execution of initiatives aimed at innovations implementation de-roadblocking;
- Methodological support for development of contracting strategies in areas of budgeting, procurement, risks, labor, compliance;
- Innovations Unit budget consolidation;
- Team management (6 people).

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience;
- Experience in audit and regulating of business processes;
- Experience in process and project management policies and charters development;
- SCRUM, Agile, Stage-Gate methodologies development & implementation experience;
- SAP ERP, IBM Cognos, Electronic signature (EDO) user experience as an additional advantage.

Project Manager (AI implementation), Major Metals & Mining company

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and develop project plans;
- Manage the execution of AI implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to implement AI solutions;
- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise;
- Develop and implement project management best practices, including agile methodologies;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes;
- Provide regular updates on project status and progress to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on AI implementation;
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications;
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project budgets;
- Experience in consulting (Big4/2-tier/TOP3) with focus on implementation - is a plus.
