The Damascus government said they banned oil refineries in Deir ez-Zor for public health reasons, but they are taking the oil to refineries in Idlib.
People of Deir ez-Zor, we told you that the government only sees the region as an oil source and doesn't care about you, but you didn't believe us. Now you see for yourselves. At least during the SDF era, you had a share of the oil.
