Heavy rains have damaged more than 200 homes in the city of Hasakah and its countryside, as well as the towns of Zirkan and Tell Tamer, due to the heavy rainfall and the flooding of the Zirkan and Khabur rivers. Municipalities are continuing their efforts to open culverts and evacuate those stranded, amid warnings of continued rising water levels.

Deaths and injuries in an armed attack in the Aleppo countryside
Unidentified gunmen targeted a public taxi at the Kozal intersection between the towns of Nubl and Zahraa in the northern Aleppo countryside.
The attack resulted in the death of Ibrahim Hassan al-Khatib and injuries to three others, who were subsequently transferred to al-Razi Hospital in Aleppo for treatment.

SUWAYDA INVESTIGATION COMMITTEE PUBLISHED A STATEMENT
The committee announced that 1,760 people died, 2,188 people were injured and 859 people died in Suwayda National Hospital in the events in Suwayda.
Meanwhile, 45 victims were recorded at Mujtahid Hospital, 10 at Muvasat Hospital and 140 victims from Bedouin tribes.
On migration, the committee stated that 1,782 families migrated from Sweida, 1,647 from Daraa, 289 from Quneitra and 44 from Rif Dimashq.
According to the Suwayda Incidents Investigation Committee, 36 villages in Suwayda countryside were burned during the war.
According to the committee's statement, members of illegal groups, members of ISIS, local groups and individuals affiliated with government forces were involved in the violations and killings.
