💬 I am glad to see you. We met in New York in September 2022. Today, we have a good opportunity to continue our dialogue.
I would like to ask you to convey President Vladimir Putin’s best wishes to President of Bolivia Luis Arce. Your President has an invitation to visit the Russian Federation at any time he finds an opportunity to do so. I am aware that currently you are quite busy at home. But we will be glad to receive President Luis Arce whenever he expresses a wish to this effect.
Our countries established diplomatic relations in April 18, 1945. Although our first diplomatic contacts occurred 125 years ago, it was on April 18, 1945, that they were officially formalised.
Today, we will discuss what we have managed to achieve during this period and outline plans for the future.
