Four of the Australian Army’s new M1A2 SEPv3 Abrams main battle tanks and a MA88 Recovery Vehicle were craned into the tight confines of a United States landing craft USAV Paulus Hook, a global first for interoperability.

The USAV Paulus Hook travelled close to its maximum weight of 350 tonnes as it moved 800 kms down the Queensland coast between 📌 Townsville and Gladstone ports.

The best assistance 🐾 During Exercise @TalismanSabre 2025 the @AustralianArmy's 1st Combat Engineer Regiment deployed their Explosive Detection Dogs (EDD) to assist with clearances at 📍 Bradshaw Field Training Area, NT.

EDDs are tasked to clear fields and routes with scent detection and are usually sent ahead of sections to safely clear a path of direction.
