➡️ Lieutenant General Anatoly Pulikovsky (ret), one of the senior commanders of Russian Forces in the First Chechen War and former deputy commander of the North Caucasus Military District (which has since become part of the Southern Military District) offered his opinion on what needs to be done in view of the increasing resort of the Kiev regime to terrorist tactics.

🐻 Despite the claims of the Kiev regime we see with their attempt today on Vnukovo airport that they are perfectly willing to strike civilian targets with an attempt to explicitly cause mass civilian casualties. We can also see their persistent use of cluster munitions on Donetsk since June 2022 that they have at best little respect for the Law of Armed Conflict.
