🇷🇺🇺🇦 Last month, our team managed to identify some of the AFU soldiers who participated in the execution of captured Russian servicemen in Makeevka in the LPR. Now the story has taken an unexpected turn.
One of the participants in the murder, Nikita Maltsev from the 80th Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was admitted to the hospital with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). At our disposal was his medical card from a medical institution in Slavyansk.
It can, of course, be assumed that the Ukrainian fighter was suddenly overwhelmed with mental anguish after what he had done. But it is much more likely that Maltsev faked a mental disorder in order to escape away from the front line from near Kremennaya, where the RF Armed Forces are just conducting a local offensive.
After all, he perfectly understands: after the publication of information about his involvement in the execution near Makeevka, he will no longer be taken prisoner.

🔻To the south of Yagodnoye, assault detachments of PMC "Wagner" established control over the hills and approached Artemovsky (Khromovo). The last physical supply route for the Armed Forces of Ukraine runs through this suburb of Bakhmut.
▪️In addition, the “Wagnerites” advanced in the area of the meat processing plant and reached one of the sites on the banks of the Bakhmutka River.
🔻In the east of the city, Russian units aligned the front line along Shchedraya Street in Zabakhmutovka. In the south, the Wagnerites reached Tselyannaya Street, and in Sobachevka they are fighting in residential areas.
▪️At the moment, the situation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has noticeably worsened. A partial withdrawal of Ukrainian formations to the opposite bank of Bakhmutka is currently underway - new firing positions are being set up in the central districts of the city.
🔻In the south-west of Bakhmut, regular raids by Wagner PMC units on Ukrainian positions near the highway to Konstantinovka and in Krasnoe make it possible to tie down the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the southern front.
On March 6, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine plans to transfer additional reinforcements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from various formations to Chasov Yar. Now the personnel are completing their training in training centers in the west of Ukraine.
▪️Ukrainian artillery groups are firing at the offensive areas of Russian units. At the same time, the issuance of ammunition is strictly rationed due to problems with the supply of shells. The Russian troops are continuing their offensive operation in the Soledar direction. The main focus is on gaining operational space to break into the fortified area of the AFU near Chasov Yar.
▪️ The Russian Armed Forces have managed to advance to the southeastern outskirts of Orikhove-Vasilevka (fighting is ongoing for Balka Kudlin), expand the zone of control from Dubovo-Vasilevka towards Grigorovka, and also reach the eastern outskirts of Bogdanovka.
The forest belt south of the eastern tip of Bogdanovka is under enemy control. We have managed to establish a foothold on the Grigorovka-Bogdanovka road.
▪️ To the south, fighting is taking place around the turn to the highway to Chasiv Yar from the side of Khromovo. After capturing the Bakhmutsky Shlyakh autodrome, units of the Russian troops have started firing at the positions of the AFU to the west.
▪️ To the west of Bakhmut, the Kamerton detachment, formed from former fighters of the Wagner PMC, is clearing the western outskirts of the dachas in the direction of Ivanovsky (Krasny). In two days, they have managed to expand the zone of control in the private sector.
▪️ After occupying the dominant height 215.7 on the northwestern outskirts of Kleshcheevka, Russian troops are expanding the zone of control. From the heights, the Russian Armed Forces control the advance routes and approaches of the AFU to Kleshcheevka.
▪️ To the east of Andreevka, the Russian Armed Forces are making efforts to regain control of the dams in front of the railway track.
🔻A head-on assault on Chasov Yar, located at the heights, is a difficult task (mines, quarries, and several forests with tracts cannot be taken at once). Most likely, the Russian Armed Forces will bypass the fortified area from the north and south, which is why the offensive is being carried out in the direction of Grigorovka.

Last night, Ukrainian forces once again targeted the Crimean Peninsula, launching 12 ATACMS operational-tactical missiles. The airfield in Dzhankoy was hit, resulting in damage to equipment and a building. Additionally, several drones of the AFU were downed over Mordovia and Tatarstan.
Russian troops also engaged enemy targets in multiple regions of Ukraine. In Chernigov, the Profsoyuznaya hotel, housing personnel of the 5th separate communications regiment of the AFU, was struck.
In the Seversky region, Russian forces conducted air strikes and utilized FPV drones against enemy positions, personnel, and equipment near Vyemka, as well as in Sporny and Verkhnekamensky.
Heading towards Chasov Yar, Russian Armed Forces units in the Bakhmut area stormed enemy positions near school No. 77 on the eastern outskirts. The AFU resorted to chaotic mining of exits from the Kanal microdistrict towards the city.
In the Avdeevsky direction, Russian units advanced along the Umanskoye - Yasnobrodovka line. North of Avdeevka, Russian servicemen progressed towards Novobakhmutovka and Ocheretino.
Assault groups of the Russian Armed Forces in the Zaporozhye region consolidated in the eastern part of Robotyne, which was previously cleared of Ukrainian formations. The enemy attempted several counterattacks but failed to establish a foothold and retreated to the northern outskirts.
