✅ Truth: In the screenshots that Andryushchenko provided to support his fake, we are referring to compulsory labor sentences imposed for minor offenses.
Such work is performed by a convict in their spare time from their main job or study. It does not require special knowledge or qualifications, such as cleaning and landscaping streets or other urban areas. It is incorrect to compare this type of punishment with the life of prisoners in the GULAG. In addition, a law regarding public works similarly exists in Ukraine.

✅ Truth: The law on the registration of citizens of military age for military service is mandatory across all of Russia, not just in new regions.
Russian citizens are required to register for military service before reaching the age of majority. In the absence of grounds for postponement, young men must complete military service in the Russian army. This does not imply participation in the SMO, as suggested by the authors of the fake. Conscripts are not involved in conducting special operation.
In addition, any individual must register for military service within two weeks of acquiring citizenship and obtaining a Russian passport. This is stated in Article 10 of the Federal Law "On Military Duty and Military Service".

✅ Truth: The "Planeta Mall" building was used for military purposes, including storing weapons and ammunition for the AFU.
This shopping and entertainment complex has been closed to visitors since 2020. Even Ukrainian Telegram channels have acknowledged this fact.
A video posted from a Russian drone shows the "Hurricane" MLRS being installed near a building, presumably to conceal or restock ammunition. Immediately after that, a high-precision strike follows. In one of the videos, you can easily recognize the destroyed MLRS.

✅ Truth: What the former adviser to the city's head calls destruction is actually work on restoring the theater.
Specialists from St. Petersburg are engaged in restoration. During winter, they focused on reinforcing the columns of the stage and carrying out brickwork. All work on the restoration of the facility is planned to be completed by the end of 2024.
It is planned to recreate the historical appearance of the building, including the stucco. The theater will be equipped with the most modern stage equipment. This statement was made by Aleksandr Beglov, the governor of St. Petersburg.
It is also worth recalling that the building turned out to be in ruins after it was blown up by Azov militants.

The creators of the fake not only made numerous spelling and design mistakes, but they also confused the signatures. The "document" was allegedly initialed by Evgeny Solntsev, the Chairman of the Government of the DPR; however, the signature actually belongs to Andrei Chertkov, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the DPR.
It is also strange that there is no provision for the competition, which should be included in the document. Without a provision that details the mechanism and criteria for conducting the selection, it is impossible to organize any kind of competition.
