Many will be surprised to see the F100 of a bankrupt airline in my blog, but ..

As we learned about Ph.D. Saša Zejak intention to restart flights of the airline based on the same employees team and AOC I feel obligated to post about the best procedure to do so.

Those who follow us know that we pay special attention to all similar cases in the last 2 years and collected a lot of experience on the subject.

So here is the algorithm:
1. They need to find a financially strong partner. It might be us or someone else- does not matter

2. New company to be set up

3. AOC to be placed on auction with some euros initial price as it was done in #Slovenia with Adria Airways AOC. New company have to win the auction. Not sure there will be any competitor. AOC to be confirmed as valid by authorities. F100 might be used as the initial plane.

4. Staff to be hired by new company

5. 1st charter flight with Fokker100

6. Improving the fleet of a new company by 5-6 units

7. Start of regular operations.

p.s. They need to avoid any competition with Air Montenegro

Potential merger might be possible later on

p.p.s. And you will be surprised if I do not offer Superjet as their main plane.
