❗️ TODAY! To colleagues and friends in Geneva and the surrounding area:
🔥 We are pleased to invite you to the launch of the Security Index Yearbook: Global Edition (in English), which will take place on Wednesday, November 20, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm in Conference Room VII at the UN Office in Geneva. The event will be held in the format of a roundtable discussion on “Security Index in a New World: What Future for Arms Control?” focusing on the future of arms control, nuclear nonproliferation, and other pressing issues in the context of new global realities.
🍀 Ambassador Gennady Gatilov, Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Office and Other International Organizations in Geneva, will deliver the opening remarks.
⚡️ Dr. Vladimir Orlov, Founding Director of PIR Center, will moderate the discussion, joined by colleagues from UNIDIR, current and former PIR Center staff members, and members of the PIR Center Advisory Board. Ambassadors, representatives of the Geneva-based diplomatic community, and UN experts and staff are warmly invited to participate.

🔥 Лучшие студенты курса по ядерному нераспространению совместной магистерской программы ПИР-Центра и МГИМО «Международная безопасность» получили печатные экземпляры ежегодника Security Index Yearbook!
🍀 В рамках магистерской программы «Международная безопасность», реализуемой ПИР-Центром совместно с МГИМО, состоялся завершающий семинар курса «Актуальные проблемы ядерного нераспространения».
⚡️ Научный руководитель программы Владимир Орлов подвёл итоги зимнего семестра, отметив высокие результаты студентов как в учебной, так и во внеучебной деятельности. Особое внимание он уделил аналитическим материалам и волонтёрской работе обучающихся, которые активно участвовали в мероприятиях ПИР-Центра.
💥 Трое студентов, набравших наивысшие баллы по итогам семестра, были награждены печатными экземплярами ежегодника Security Index Yearbook.
