4- Iron Dome platforms and military vehicles in Khirbet Manot in western Galilee were targeted with Katyusha rockets.

5- The headquarters of the battalion affiliated with the Western Brigade was targeted with Burkan missiles.

6- At 17:00, the Samaka site in Lebanon's Kfar Shouba was targeted with rockets.

7- The Biranit site was targeted with Burkan missiles.

8- At 19:40, the Ramim site was targeted with rockets.

Joint Qatari-Egyptian-American statement:
We have been working for months to reach a framework agreement, which is now on the table and only the implementation details remain.
We, as mediators, are ready to make the final proposal to resolve issues related to implementation in such a way as to meet the expectations of all parties.
We have called on the parties to resume urgent talks on Thursday, August 15, in Doha or Cairo.
Our call for the resumption of talks comes to fill all the remaining gaps and start implementing the agreement without delay.
