His father is Julian Beare, CEO of Beare Holdings, an Ex-Director of Grindrod, and, a Trustee of the Durban Holocaust and Genocide Centre at The Durban Jewish Club.
He did this because Halima & her family stood up for the freedom of Palestine.
He has appeared in a Durban court on charges of murder and attempted murder.
The case was postponed to 11 June for a mental assessment and possible bail hearing.
The State said it was opposed to bail.
