🔽Some memories of the pursuit of engineer Yahya Ayyash, as narrated by his wife, Mrs. Hiam Ayyash

The “engineer’s wife” talks about her move to the house of the martyr leader Basem Issa in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza City, adding,

“I felt very comfortable in the house of the martyr Basem, because their life was similar to our life in the chase, and I was in a friendly relationship with his wife, Umm Emad, and his sister.”

She said that Bassem Issa was seriously injured by bullets from the Authority’s security forces while he was being pursued and pursued. This necessitated his transfer to Al-Shifa Hospital, and despite the security restrictions, Yahya Ayyash insisted on visiting him and checking on him.


She talked about how she saw Muhammad Al-Deif

Umm Al-Baraa turns to a “beautiful memory” when she described the Commander-in-Chief of the Al-Qassam Brigades, Muhammad Al-Deif, who came to the house in which she and her husband lived in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

Hiyam says, "Muhammad Al-Deif knocked on the door and my son Baraa opened for him. I saw him and knew him because I would sometimes see his features with Yahya."


She expressed her pride in this, adding, “I told Abu Al-Baraa (Yahya Ayyash) about this and told him that one day if Muhammad Al-Deif was martyred, I would come out and say that I am proud that I am one of the few who saw him face to face.”
