O our Palestinian people, O masses of our Arab and Islamic nation, O free people of the world everywhere:

The zionist occupation has started implementing its plan to invade Rafah and continue its ground operations, which it agreed upon with its allies and supporters. It has occupied and closed the border crossings and cut off relief and humanitarian supplies to the Gaza Strip, targeting all areas that shelter displaced people and destroying, bulldozing, and demolishing homes, civil, and community facilities.

Our people are facing the largest disaster and mass humanitarian genocide targeting the entire Gaza Strip, especially the Rafah area, which is home to approximately one and a half million displaced civilians.
In the face of this genocide, we affirm the following:

Firstly: We declare our full support and backing for the Palestinian resistance, and we call on them to do everything necessary without exception to confront the Nazi zionist occupation forces and protect our Palestinian people.

Secondly: The zionist occupation, the American administration, and their supporters bear full responsibility for the humanitarian disaster that our people in Rafah are facing.

Thirdly: We call on Arab and Islamic countries, international organizations, and international and UN bodies to open the crossings, especially the Rafah crossing, and to bring in relief and humanitarian aid according to the previous mechanisms before their occupation by the Nazi zionist occupation forces, because this aggression and the occupation of the Rafah border crossing, which is exclusively under Egyptian-Palestinian sovereignty, constitutes a violation of international treaties and a threat to the national security of the Arab world in general, and Egypt in particular.

Fourthly: We call on our people in the occupied West Bank, Al-Quds, and the occupied interior to launch a massive intifada in support of our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and to rescue Rafah from the humanitarian disaster and the mass genocide war.

Fifthly: We urge the masses of our Arab and Islamic nation and free people everywhere to go out in marches, demonstrations, and sit-ins in all capitals, cities, squares, and universities today, Friday, May 10, against the genocide war and the humanitarian disaster in Rafah.
