On Palestinian Prisoner’s Day: Our free prisoners are in the heart of the Al-Aqsa flood battle, and their liberation from enemy prisons is our top priority, in a deal in fulfillment of their sacrifices and steadfastness, and we call for a global movement in victory for their just cause.

Palestinian Prisoner's Day comes this year, in the midst of the heroic flood battle of Al-Aqsa, in which our people and their valiant resistance united, over the course of more than six months, in defense of the land, the constants and the holy sites, and a victory for Jerusalem, the prisoners and the prisoners.

On this day, our people recall the suffering and pain of thousands of prisoners and detainees in the prisons of the Zionist enemy. They also recall their sacrifices, heroism and oppression of the Zionist prisoner, and renew their pledge of loyalty and solidarity with them, until they are liberated from the prisons of the occupation.

The occupation prison administration continues to practice the most heinous crimes against prisoners inside prisons and detention centers, including medical negligence, torture, and direct killing. 16 prisoners have risen as martyrs inside the prisons since the seventh of October until today, due to the horrific crimes committed by the occupation against them amid a deliberate blackout. The occupation has also taken advantage of its aggression against Gaza Strip to practice “enforced disappearance” against the citizens of the Gaza Strip, allowing them to be kidnapped, arrested, and tortured to death. More than 9,500 prisoners are still detained in its prisons, including 3,660 administrative detainees, 56 journalists, at least eighty women, more than 200 children, and 17 deputies. Parliment.

We in the Hamas movement, and on the anniversary of Palestinian Prisoner’s Day, pray for the souls of the captive martyrs, and we ask God Almighty for a speedy recovery for the sick among them, and we extend our greetings of pride and pride to our heroic prisoners and our glorious female prisoners in the prisons of the Zionist enemy, and we affirm the following:

First: The goal of liberating our heroic prisoners from the prisons of the Zionist enemy was at the heart of the ongoing Al-Aqsa Flood battle, and it will remain our top priority, and the movement will spare no effort to achieve a fulfillment deal for them, in which they will enjoy freedom on the homeland, with God’s permission and power.

Second: The occupation’s escalation of its crimes and violations against our male and female prisoners in its prisons. From solitary confinement, deliberate medical neglect, searches, humiliation, psychological and physical torture, and deprivation of the most basic human rights; These are crimes that will not succeed in breaking their will, and at the same time, their perpetrators will not escape punishment, and will not be subject to the statute of limitations, no matter how long it takes.

Third: The systematic and horrific violations and brutal torture practices committed against prisoners and abductees from the Gaza Strip. It constitutes a war crime added to the series of sadistic crimes carried out by the Nazi occupation army against civilians among our people.

Fourth: We hold the occupation fully responsible for the lives and safety of thousands of abductees detained in the West Bank since the seventh of last October, who are subjected to the worst types of torture and retaliatory abuse. We deplore the international silence in the face of the continued crimes of execution and murder under torture to which they are subjected in their places of detention, and we call for intervention to rescue them and release them. Immediately about them.

Fifth: We call on the masses of our people, its living forces, and its national factions in all arenas of the country and abroad to unite efforts, mobilize energies, and escalate activities in solidarity with the prisoners, and to support them by all means.
