Rome Statute:
Art 8 bis - as amended by resolution RC/Res.6 off 11 June 2010 - defines the crime of aggression.
In paragraph 2, it lists what constitutes an act of aggression.
Subparagraph (f) states:
"The action of a State in allowing its territory, which it has placed at the disposal of another State, to be used by that other State for perpetrating an act of aggression against a third State"

A peacekeeper was tragically killed last night when a projectile exploded in a UNIFIL position near Adchit Al Qusayr (southern Lebanon) Another was critically injured.
We do not know the origin of the projectile.
We have launched an investigation to determine all of the circumstances.
