This service acts strictly as a middleman to facilitate secure transactions between buyers and sellers. By using this service, you agree to the following terms. Funds will remain held in cryptocurrency until both parties agree to proceed with the deal. Refunds will not be provided if the transaction is canceled without mutual confirmation from both the buyer and the seller. If a deal is canceled or time-wasted, the buyer must send the middleman an amount equal to the funds currently held. Once this additional amount has been received, the full held amount will be released within 48 hours through OGU staff support. This security measure is in place to prevent fraudulent refund attempts. If, during the investigation, OGU staff determines that the party requesting a refund was engaging in a scam attempt, the full amount will be permanently withheld.
The service fee is 1% of the transaction amount (minimum $1-5), which is non-refundable and must be paid upfront before any transaction begins. The middleman service is not responsible for any fluctuations in cryptocurrency value while the funds are held. Additionally, this service holds no liability for revoked accounts, recovered products, or any disputes regarding the legitimacy, quality, or ownership of digital goods. Buyers and sellers must conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with a transaction. Any delays or time-wasting may result in the middleman taking appropriate action at their discretion.
