در واقع Tuned در لینوکس یک سرویس و مجموعه ابزار برای بهینه‌سازی خودکار عملکرد و مصرف انرژی سیستم است که می‌تواند پروفایل‌های آماده یا سفارشی را روی سخت‌افزار اعمال کند.

ایده اصلی Tuned این است که بسته به سناریوی کاری (سرور دیتابیس، ماشین مجازی، لپ‌تاپ، سیستم گرافیکی، ذخیره‌سازی و غیره)، سیستم را به‌طور پویا بهینه کند، بدون اینکه کاربر هر بار دستی پارامترها را تغییر دهد.

این تنظیمات می‌توانند شامل:

CPU governor و فرکانس پردازنده

زمان‌بندی I/O (I/O scheduler)

تنظیمات شبکه (TCP stack)

سیاست مصرف انرژی دستگاه‌ها (PCIe ASPM، SATA link power)

تنظیمات kernel sysctl

پارامترهای NUMA و حافظه


توی دنیای لینوکس، tuned-ppd یک "دیمنت پیاده‌سازی پل" (compatibility daemon) است که برای همگام‌سازی دو سیستم مدیریت پروفایل مصرف انرژی طراحی شده:

تعریف و هدف tuned-ppd

ا tuned-ppd وظیفه دارد تا API مورد استفاده توسط power-profiles-daemon (PPD) را به API سیستم TuneD ترجمه کند



نحوه عملکرد

برنامه‌هایی که با API قدرت قبلی (PPD) کار می‌کردند، اکنون از طریق tuned-ppd به TuneD متصل می‌شوند.



برای نمونه : من در لپ تاپ خودم با این ابزار میتونم . تنظیم کنم . تا چند درصد باطری را شارژ کامل کنه . تا باطری عمر بیشتری داشته باشه .

نکته : این قابلیت ها سخت افزاری هستند وباید تولید کننده لپ تاپ این قابلیت را بده .


برای مثال : لپ‌تاپت من Lenovo Ideapad هست و با درایور ideapad_laptop کار می‌کنه.

این درایور فقط یک حالت conserve mode (روشن/خاموش) داره، یعنی:

0 → خاموش، باتری تا 100٪ شارژ میشه.

1 → روشن، باتری حداکثر تا حدود ~55–60٪ شارژ میشه (محدوده دقیق وابسته به مدل و firmware هست)

یک ابزار تخصصی مدیریت مصرف انرژی در لینوکس است که برخلاف Tuned که بیشتر روی بهینه‌سازی کلی سیستم (CPU، I/O، Network، Memory) تمرکز دارد، بیشتر تمرکزش روی بهینه‌سازی مصرف باتری و افزایش طول عمر آن است، مخصوصاً برای لپ‌تاپ‌ها.

هدف TLP این است که:

عمر باتری لپ‌تاپ را افزایش دهد (Battery Longevity)

زمان کارکرد روی باتری را بیشتر کند (Battery Runtime)

بدون نیاز به تغییر دستی تنظیمات، بهترین تعادل بین مصرف انرژی و کارایی را پیدا کند.

مدیریت داده‌محور و بازتعریف نقش عملیات، فنی و فرایندی

مقدمه

در دنیای امروز، دیگر سازمان‌ها نمی‌توانند تنها بر اساس تجربه، روابط یا کنترل‌های سنتی اداره شوند. تغییرات محیطی، رقابت شدید و دسترسی روزافزون به داده‌ها، شرکت‌ها را ناگزیر کرده تا به سمت data-driven management حرکت کنند. در این مسیر، سه مفهوم کلیدی ــ عملیات، فنی و فرایندی ــ به عنوان ستون‌های اصلی هر سازمان نقش تعیین‌کننده‌ای ایفا می‌کنند.

سه ستون سازمان: عملیات، فنی، فرایندی

1. عملیات
قلب تپنده‌ی سازمان است. شامل فعالیت‌های روزمره، تولید، ارائه خدمات و تعامل مستقیم با مشتری یا ذی‌نفعان می‌شود. هر تصمیم مدیریتی در نهایت باید خودش را در عملکرد عملیاتی نشان دهد.


2. فنی
زیرساخت‌ها، ابزارها، تکنولوژی‌ها و مهارت‌هایی هستند که امکان اجرای عملیات را فراهم می‌کنند. اگر عملیات «چه کار می‌کنیم» باشد، فنی «چگونه انجام می‌دهیم» را مشخص می‌کند.


3. فرایندی
همان بستری است که عملیات و فنی را به هم متصل می‌کند. طراحی فرایندها، تعیین استانداردها، شفاف‌سازی وظایف و اندازه‌گیری عملکرد در این لایه شکل می‌گیرد. بدون فرایند، فعالیت‌ها پراکنده می‌شوند و داده‌ها معنا پیدا نمی‌کنند.



چالش اصلی: مدیریت و فرهنگ سازمانی

امروز مشکل بسیاری از سازمان‌ها فقدان دانش فنی یا ضعف عملیاتی نیست؛ بلکه مسئله در مدیریت و فرهنگ حاکم بر آن‌هاست. بسیاری از مدیران هنوز به شفافیت تن نمی‌دهند. ترجیح می‌دهند واقعیت‌ها پنهان بماند، آمارسازی کنند یا پیشرفت را به تأخیر بیندازند.

اما این مدل دیگر پایدار نیست. ورود به عصر داده‌محوری یعنی هر فعالیتی قابل ثبت، مقایسه و تحلیل است. داده‌ها از منابع مختلف به یکدیگر متصل می‌شوند و دروغ یا پنهان‌کاری جایی برای بقا پیدا نمی‌کند.

نقش داده‌محوری در سازمان

سازمان‌های داده‌محور بر اساس سه اصل حرکت می‌کنند:

شفافیت: تصمیم‌ها باید بر مبنای داده‌ی واقعی باشد، نه برداشت‌های شخصی یا آمار دستکاری‌شده.

یکپارچگی داده‌ها: داده‌های عملیاتی، فنی و فرایندی باید با هم هم‌خوانی داشته باشند.

اقدام‌پذیری: داده‌ها نه برای نمایش، بلکه برای تصمیم‌گیری و اصلاح مسیر به‌کار می‌روند.


در این شرایط، پرسش کلیدی مدیران دیگر «چه چیزی را بگوییم یا پنهان کنیم» نیست؛ بلکه «حال که داده‌ها همه‌چیز را روشن کرده‌اند، چه اقدامی باید انجام دهیم؟» است.

پیوند داده و انگیزه کارکنان (Employee Engagement)

یکی از ابعاد کمتر دیده‌شده در مدیریت داده‌محور، مشارکت و انگیزه کارکنان است. داده‌ها صرفاً ابزار هستند؛ نیروی انسانی است که داده را تولید و تفسیر می‌کند.
وقتی کارکنان حس کنند دیده می‌شوند، نقششان در نتایج سازمان شفاف است و داده‌ها به جای سرکوب، برای بهبود استفاده می‌شوند، سطح engagement به شکل چشمگیری افزایش می‌یابد.

نتیجه‌گیری

جهان به سمت داده‌محوری حرکت کرده و این یک انتخاب نیست، بلکه اجبار تاریخی است. سازمان‌ها برای بقا باید سه ستون عملیات، فنی و فرایندی را هم‌زمان مدیریت کنند و مدیران باید زبان هر سه را بفهمند. اما بیش از همه، باید بپذیرند که داده‌ها شفافیت می‌آورند و تنها راه موفقیت در این دوران، ساختن فرهنگی مبتنی بر اعتماد، انگیزه و اقدام عملی بر اساس داده‌های واقعی است.
