✏️ Adding a task in the @todo chat

Type your task directly in the @todo chat, and the bot will create a private task board for you.

The message must be between 10 and 450 characters.

✏️ Editing a task

Option 1. Go to Actions → Edit → [task number] and type the new task text.

Option 2. Type the command /edit_task, select the task number and enter the new task text.

🗑 Deleting a task

Option 1. Go to Actions → Delete → [task number].

Option 2. Type the command /delete_task and choose the option you need:

/delete_task done — delete all completed tasks
/delete_task all — delete all tasks
/delete_task 3 5 7 — delete tasks by number

✅ Change a task's status

Option 1. Go to Statuses → [new task status] → [task number].

Option 2. Type one of the following commands:

/set_status_new — new task
/set_status_in_work — task in progress
/set_status_done — task completed
/set_status_canceled — task canceled

Then select the task number you want to update.

🔥 Change task priority

Option 1. Go to Priority → [priority type] → [task number].

Option 2. Type one of the following commands:

/max_raise_priority — set the highest task priority
/max_decrease_priority — set the lowest task priority
/raise_priority — increase task priority
/decrease_priority — decrease task priority
/delete_priority — remove task priority

Then select the task number you want to update.

💬 Add a comment to a task

Option 1. Go to Actions → Commentary → [task number].

Option 2. Type the command /add_comment_to_task, then select the task number and write a comment to your task.

⏰ Set a reminder

Option 1. Go to Actions → Reminder → [task number] → [day and month] → [hour] → [minutes].

Option 2. Type the command /remind_task, then select the task number, day and month, hour, and minutes.

🗑 Delete a file

Option 1. Go to Actions → File → [task number] → [file name] → Delete.

Option 2. Go to Actions → More details → [task number] → Actions → File → [file name] → Delete.

🔍 Filter by status

Go to Filter and select the required task filter:

All — all tasks
New — tasks with the status "New"
In progress — tasks with the status "In progress"
New and in progress — tasks with the statuses "New" and "In progress"
Completed — tasks with the status "Completed"
Canceled — tasks with the status "Canceled"

✏️ Adding a task to a private chat (1-on-1)

1. Type @todo, write your task text, and click the pop-up button "Create a task".

2. For the task to appear on the board, either you or your chat partner needs to click "Add to yourself".

Tasks are available in @todo in "Personal", "Assigned to me", and "Delegated" boards.

📎 Adding a file to a task

Option 1. Write the task text, select a file and send.

Option 2. Go to Actions → Edit → [task number] and attach the file.

✏️ Adding a task to a group chat

1. Add the bot to the chat

2. a. If the bot is a chat administrator:
• Type @todo, write your task text, and click the pop-up button "Create a task".
• The bot will pin the task list in the chat automatically and keep it updated.

b. If the bot is not a chat administrator:
• Type @todo, write your task text, and click the pop-up button "Create a task".
• Type the command /board to open the task board.
• Pin the task list message manually — the bot will keep it updated automatically.

3. To take a task, go to the task board and select "Take" → [task number].

Tasks are available in @todo in the "Assigned to me" and "Delegated" boards.
