Once again, be wary of genetics disinformation published by South Asians. They often use cherrypicked samples to spin a narrative — usually some sort of anti-White or anti-European bias.
This Twitter poster has selectively chosen two of the most East-Asian-shifted Scythian populations and presented them as average Scythians.
In reality, Scythians had varying levels of East Asian admixture, ranging from 0% in Europe to 50% in the Altai regions. They were not a homogeneous ethnic group.
They can be roughly divided into three genetic clusters:
1. Western Scythians, who were near-identical to modern Eastern Europeans.
2. Central Scythians (Sarmatians, Cimmerians, Tian Shan Sakas, Tagar, etc), most closely related to modern Russians, Finnic peoples (e.g. Udmurts), and Pamiri Tajiks.
3. Eastern Scythians (Pazyryk, Kazakh Sakas, etc.), most similar to modern Central Asians, e.g. Uzbeks and Bashkirs.
I wrote an *unbiased* article on Scythian culture and genetics earlier this year.

In brief, they had ~75% ancestry from continental Northern and Western Europe, on average. You can see the ratios in the first image.
Modern English have 25-47% North European ancestry (originally from southern Scandinavia and northern Germany), and 13-43% West European ancestry (originally from France but included Germanic Franks). The remainder is of Celtic British origin.
