The Windows 11 January 2026 security update continues to cause reported FPS drops of 15-20% or more, stuttering, and graphical issues in games, especially on NVIDIA GPUs.

NVIDIA has confirmed the link and recommends uninstalling the update as a workaround.

Microsoft has not officially acknowledged the gaming performance problem a month after release.

UIDAI is reportedly planning a new Aadhaar format that will show only:
• Photo
• Secure QR Code

No visible personal details like address, DOB, or Aadhaar number on the front.

This means:

📱 Instant verification via QR scan
🛡️ Reduced misuse & data exposure

If implemented, this could be the biggest privacy-focused upgrade to Aadhaar since launch.

Sony has patented a new asset streaming system that aims to reduce the size of PS5 and PS6 games to combat rising SSD prices, potentially shrinking initial downloads from 100GB+ to around 100MB.

High-detail assets would stream from Sony servers on demand while core game logic runs locally on the console, lowering SSD storage needs.

It remains only a patent and is not confirmed for release.

WhatsApp for Android is testing a major UI change 👀

In the latest beta version 2.26.6.9, the Status section is being moved directly to the top of the Chats home screen — right under the search bar (Ask Meta AI or Search), instead of staying inside the Updates tab.

From the screenshot:

• Status bubbles appear at the top of homepage
• Updates tab may focus more on Channels
• Faster one-tap access to Status
• Higher visibility = more Status engagement

This is a major UX change in WhatsApp’s navigation strategy and could reduce reliance on the Updates tab entirely, If this rolls out, the Updates tab may become more Channel-focused..

Spotted in recent beta builds. Rollout expected gradually.

What it means:

• Detects non-human behavior (e.g., automated scripts, bots, extensions without real manual input like taps/touches/chaotic scrolling).
• Targets automation lacking genuine human interaction patterns.
• Suspensions hit the main account + linked ones.
• Even casual testing risks bans.
