Uber, Ola to pay customers if driver cancels the ride in Maharashtra
Under the new policy, if a driver cancels a confirmed ride or refuses a short-distance trip, the passenger is entitled to a compensation of either ₹100 or 10% of the fare, whichever is lower.
This amount will be directly credited to the commuter's account, ensuring that the inconvenience caused by last-minute cancellations is acknowledged and addressed.
