The official also said, “We understand that after the exchange of fire earlier today, Israel and Hezbollah are now in a ceasefire.”

We are currently in a ceasefire - if Hezbollah does not attack us, for us it is not wartime.

IDF forces remain in southern Lebanon and we have the freedom to act against emerging threats and threats to our forces and our territory.
