2. Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples (ICAP)
3. Amistur Cuba S.A.
4. Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR)
5. Minera La Victoria S.A.

Anyone providing services to these sanctioned actors is at risk of sanctions themselves. Foreign banks and other companies that provide services to these entities should freeze those activities.

The Trump Administration will no longer tolerate radical Marxist regimes in our hemisphere seeking to threaten U.S. national security and engage in influence operations to export their poisonous and evil “revolution” to our country and around the world.

We could get it right now. I don't think they could stop us if we wanted, but there's no reason to. It's entombed.

We also have cameras on it through Space Force. Every inch of that land has cameras on it. So if anybody even got near it, we would know what we had to do.

The President of the United States makes new threatening statements against Cuba; and the Treasury Department has added new names of Cuban leaders, organizations, and companies to an illegitimate sanctions list.

They are aimed at reinforcing the blockade measures and the scenario of conflict between Cuba and the United States. This political blindness is added to the coercive measures applied in recent weeks against our country, designed to harm the Cuban people.

The aggressiveness and perversity of the Yankee government will clash with our determination to confront the worst scenarios and resist the imperialist onslaught.

When you led Russia more than 26 years ago, many in Ukraine had a positive attitude towards you. That was the case. That is already in the past.

Whatever you say about NATO, geopolitics, and the Russian language, this war is your personal choice – a war without a real reason. That is how history will remember it.

This time could have gone completely differently. We often hear that war suits you. Of course, not when it comes to the security of your residence in Valdai or a parade in Moscow. Your own life is valuable to you.

How important is it that you regularly, every few months, postpone the deadlines for the capture of our regions, primarily the Donetsk region. You will not capture it this year either.

But we in Ukraine do not want permanent war. We know very well that it is immeasurably better without war. We want to achieve this.

You won't have enough money and political power to continue buying the loyalty of Russians as you have done for 26 years. We will do everything to make the world know about this.

As you yourself say — "everything must be counted."

Ukraine is ready to cease fire completely — for the time when negotiations will continue. You know that the United States can provide monitoring of the ceasefire along the stop line.

We have seen intelligence documents showing that you are currently reviewing war plans for 2027 and 2028 as well.

You want to drag Belarus even further into the war, and we are now forced to prepare for that too.

We need to determine what the future will be for all future generations of Ukrainians and Russians.

If you personally do not come to the idea in your thoughts that it is time to end this war, Ukraine will continue to fight for its existence. We will have those who will support us.

But you will also have to fight much harder for your existence – not Russia’s, but your own. And this is not a threat from me or Ukraine. These are facts of Russian history that you know well: when Russia gets tired, changes happen.

In Russia, there is an air defense system that needs to be strengthened, but Ukraine doesn't have such a system at all.

The Russian people are willing to do everything for victory.

That is the main prerequisite for achieving all the goals of the Special Military Operation.

We are ready and willing to reach an agreement with Ukraine by peaceful means.

Russia is ready to make compromises, but the Ukrainian side must also be ready for these compromises.

The Oreshnik has not yet been used in a combat role against Ukraine.

The last strike was carried out at a location where the results could be easily observed.

Mediation implies neutrality, and Europe is not neutral in the Ukrainian conflict.
