Iran, with the same name, the same identity, and the same existence, is one of the oldest continuous civilizations in human history; a civilization that, despite enjoying historical and geographical advantages at various times, has never chosen the path of war, aggression, colonialism, and domination in its contemporary history.

Despite experiencing occupation, aggression, and pressures imposed by world powers, and despite military capabilities relative to many of the countries surrounding it, it has not initiated war but has bravely pushed back the aggressors.

The Iranian nation has had no enemies with other nations, including the people of America, Europe, and its neighbors.

Iranians, even in the face of interventions and pressures from foreign governments throughout history, have always distinguished between nations and states; this is a principle rooted in the mind and culture of this nation, not a sectional position.

Accordingly, the portrayal of Iran as a threat is neither consistent with historical reality nor with today's objective realities.

This image is the product of the political and economic needs of power structures; the need to create enemies to justify pressure, maintain military superiority, feed the arms industry, and manage strategic markets. In such a framework, if there is no threat, it is created.

As a result of this approach, today, the greatest concentration of US forces, bases, and military capabilities has been formed around Iran, which, at least since the beginning of the United States' existence, has not initiated any war.

Recent US aggression from the origin of these bases has proven the threatening nature of such a presence, and it is obvious that no country will refrain from strengthening its defense capabilities in such circumstances; What Iran has done and is doing is only reaction and defense, not launching an attack, war, or aggression.

Iran-US relations were not based on confrontation, and the relationship between the two nations was proceeding without hostility or tension.

The turning point of this path was the 1953 coup; an intervention aimed at confronting the nationalization of Iranian resources, halted the process of democracy, restored dictatorship, and created distrust in the minds of Iranians toward United States policies.

This distrust has deepened every day with support for the pre-revolutionary government, support for Saddam Hussein in the imposed war, the imposition of the longest and most extensive sanctions, and ultimately, direct military actions against Iran.

Isn't it true that the US, as Israel's proxy force and incited by this regime, has stepped into this aggression?

Isn't it true that Israel, by portraying Iran as a threat, wanted to divert global public opinion from its own crimes toward the unreal threat it depicted from Iran?

Isn't it true that now Israel has decided to have the last American soldier and the last cent of American taxpayers' money fight Iran, impose the costs on Iran, regional countries, and the US, while it remains in a safe margin?

Is the United States really the top priority on the US government's list today?

President Trump is evaluating and re-evaluating everything, whether that is our involvement at NATO, whether that is our support to the European efforts in Ukraine, or whether that is anything else the United States is doing.
