I have just been informed that Venezuela is going to be purchasing ONLY American Made Products, with the money they receive from our new Oil Deal.

These purchases will include, among other things, American Agricultural Products, and American Made Medicines, Medical Devices, and Equipment to improve Venezuela’s Electric Grid and Energy Facilities.

In other words, Venezuela is committing to doing business with the United States of America as their principal partner – A wise choice, and a very good thing for the people of Venezuela, and the United States.

We are grateful to Denmark for its presidency, and we respect its territorial integrity and sovereignty.

We appreciate the beginning of Cyprus’ presidency, and we respect its territorial integrity and sovereignty.

I’m glad to be here as Cyprus begins its presidency of the Council of the European Union and this is a Presidency we all expect a lot from.

For Ukraine, this moment is really very meaningful, just as it is for Cyprus—a member state that unfortunately remains divided but committed to lasting peace.

Greenland belongs to its people.

Nothing can be decided about Denmark and about Greenland without Denmark or without Greenland.

They have the full support and solidarity of the European Union.

The European Union itself was born from conflict.

Our Union is not perfect, but it is a promise. It is a promise that cooperation is stronger than confrontation. That law is stronger than force.

Principles that apply not only to our European Union but equally to Greenland.

Trump greenlit the bipartisan Russia sanctions bill that I have been working on for months with Senator Blumenthal and many others.

This bill will allow President Trump to punish those countries who buy cheap Russian oil fueling Putin’s war machine.

This bill would give President Trump tremendous leverage against countries like China, India and Brazil to incentivize them to stop buying the cheap Russian oil that provides the financing for Putin’s bloodbath against Ukraine.

I look forward to a strong bipartisan vote, hopefully as early as next week.

The officer was hit by the vehicle. She hit him.

He went to the hospital. A doctor did treat him. He has been released.

I encourage the American people to pray for the deceased's family and her loved ones.

Today, alone in this country, there have been four different domestic terrorist attacks on federal officers by the ramming of vehicles. Three of them in Minneapolis.

This city (Minneapolis) has burned before, and your mayor and your governor let it happen.

President Trump is not going to let that happen. He and our federal law enforcement officers are here to bring peace.

People need to stop using their vehicles as weapons. This domestic act of terrorism of using your vehicle to try to kill law enforcement officers is going to stop.

I'm asking the DOJ to prosecute it as domestic terrorism because it's clear that it's being coordinated.

People are being trained and told how to use their vehicles to impede law enforcement operations. Americans deserve better.

The way that we control Venezuela is we control the purse strings, we control the energy resources.

We tell the regime, "You're allowed to sell the oil so long as you serve America's national interests."

It was a Great Honor to speak with the President of Colombia, Gustavo Petro, who called to explain the situation of drugs and other disagreements that we have had.

I appreciated his call and tone, and look forward to meeting him in the near future.
