Last night, from Florida, I held a joint conference call with entrepreneur Elon Musk, Minister of Transportation Miri Regev, and the Head of the National Artificial Intelligence Directorate, Erez Eskal.

During the call, Musk accepted my invitation and that of Minister Regev to participate in a Smart Transportation Conference that will take place in March.

I spoke at length with Musk about promoting and developing artificial intelligence technologies in Israel, and I said during our conversation: we intend to propel Israel forward and turn it into a global leader in the field, just as we have done in cybersecurity and other technologies.

Especially since this person—if one can even call him a person—said that they would choose “appropriate targets,” which means they are issuing threats.

I believe that today, President Trump, his team, and Europeans must get involved and carry out the necessary work with those people who just yesterday were saying that they really want to end the war.

Now the Russians have invented an obviously fake story about an alleged strike on some residence of the Russian dictator, so that they have a pretext to continue attacks on Ukraine, in particular strikes on Kyiv, and to refuse to take the necessary steps to end the war.

This is a typical deceitful Russian tactic — especially given that they have already struck Kyiv before, including the building of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Ukraine does not take steps that could weaken diplomacy. Russia always does. This is one of many things that distinguishes us.

Putin told Trump that Ukraine launched a drone attack on a presidential residence in Russia.

Trump was shocked and outraged.

Putin informed Trump that the Ukrainian attack on Putin’s residence in the Novgorod region will not go unanswered.

The drone attack on Putin's state residence took place virtually immediately after the US-Ukraine talks in Mar-a-Lago.

Trump said in his conversation with Putin that he could not even have imagined “such insane actions” as a drone attack on the Russian president’s state residence.

Trump himself said that the U.S. administration, “thank God, did not give ‘Tomahawks’ to Kyiv.”

Putin told Trump that Russia will change its negotiating position after the Ukrainian attack.

Russia will change its position on a number of agreements reached with the U.S. on the Ukrainian settlement.

Putin very clearly told Trump that Russia's position would be reviewed in connection with the state terrorism carried out by Kiev.

Some of the results achieved by Trump and Zelensky, in Russia's opinion, leave Ukraine room to evade its obligations.

The U.S. also reported that they advised Zelensky not to try to gain a respite on the front.

Putin and Trump agreed to maintain a very friendly dialogue.

Putin had 17 contacts with American representatives this year, including 10 conversations with Trump.
