This applies to courts in which Russia is not a party (the ICC) and whose jurisdiction is not based on an international treaty with Russia or a UN Security Council resolution.

The Russian Military will use force to attack any court which charges Russian citizens without the joint approval of the Russian Federation.

This decision lies with the President to implement whenever justified.
